Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specific provided for.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisses.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors/slabs by picking, seaping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair avg thickness 40 mm. Concrete for getting proper slope/covering as specified (PCC shall be done by Mixer machine only).

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick avg in cement mortar 1:4 over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufactures instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after preparation of surfaces complete.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/sqm and bonded completely with torck application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instructions.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes(any size), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

Demolition of RCC in chajja, fins,facia, column edges including cutting reinforcement etc..all as specified and as directed .

M&L for drip mould 40 mm x 10 mm and similar work not exc 15 cm width for RCC chajjas ,facia etc

M&L fair finished flat form work to RCC chajjas, fins facia,parapets and similar items including edges for fair finished surface of concrete.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 , with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved in plan exceeding 6 m mean radius.

M&L brick with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM (1:4)

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, kerbs, and the like including all as specified and directed .

M&L Providing reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab, shelves , duct cover and similar work incl necessary formwork , set in cement mortor 1:6.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM I:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers, 1st layer 10mm thick and 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using WPC as per manufactur's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L Prepolished pavement heavy duty designer tiles of size 300x300x (8-10) mm thick jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in foot path complete all as specified..

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 sqm each. Including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs,walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to govt). complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from frame) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each. Including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs,walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to govt). complete all as directed by engineer in charge.
