M & L for taking down carefully electric motor upto 30 HP, 3 phase 415 V, 50 HZ, AC from foundtion/ coupling, removal of electric connection, opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating the winding with same class of insulation, incl replacment of taper roller bearing, ball roller bearing etc if required, supply and replacement of base foundation nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rates are included the Transportation/ minor/ major parts which are required to make a motor fuctional complete.

Dismantling carefully centrifugal multistage pump set of any make , capacity suitable for 25/35 HP, 152 Mtr head and size complete without damaging any part of the pump and setting aside in pump house for ascertaining the serviceabilityof existing parts with the following :- (a) Through dismantling and cleaning of complete bowl assembly items such as CI bowls, impeller, lock collets, bowl bush, suction and discharge case with GM bush including pump shaft (b) re-assembling the complete bowl assembly pump with all existing serviceable parts and renew the worn out unserviceable parts including S & F gasket, lathe work and balancing of assembly others small nature of indispensable items as required for repairing. Note :- parts renewed shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule 'A' /BOQ at supplied only rates. Cost of labour for fixing of new parts shall be deemed to include transportation to market and back for repair complete all as directed in the rate quoted by tenderer.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta Starter with over load protection 3 phase 415V 50 HZ with complete accessories as per standard specification for operating upto 30 HP submersible pump/motors including necessary connections and testing on completion all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

High Pressure Single Head Gear Motored Adjustable dosing pump of following specifications: Adjustable High Pressure: 0 to 100 PSI, Power: 230 V 50 HZ, RPM: 44 Horsepower: 1/30 Fractional, Output: 2 U.S. GPD to 40 U.S. GPD, Pump should include with accessories: Lead Tubing, Connecting Nuts, Injection check Valve, Clay Weight, Ferrules, Liquid end of doing pump including accessories must be non-metallic etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Altoch dosing system non-metallic solution tank of 100 litres capacity with motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension throughout the tank. Electrically operated Chlorine dosing tank consisting of: Dosing tank of 100 litres of PE/FRP MOC with PE/FRP, Lid having provision for mounting dosing pump on Lid & Level Gauge along with Single Phase Electric Motor and Agitator with shaft & blade in Plastic - mounted on Tank. Lid must have port hole for pouring Calcium Hypochlorite and water when necessary. Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Day to Day maintenance / repair/ rectification of water supply complaints against any kind of fauilt in water pipe line of any size and type or No water supply complaint from building mounted OHT or any other complaint all as directed time to time digging/ tightening of fittings / caulking of lead in CI pipes joints including necessary excavation returning filling and removing surplus soil (if required)and rectification of complaint to ensure satisfactory serviceability of the water supply with help of providing the one plumber with one helper on daily basis complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge Note :- The fitting required to replace shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ as 'supply only' (ii) The contractore shall be fully responsible to provide necessary transpotation, T& P and safety equipment to his labour to prevent any type of accidents and department will not responsible to provide any type of compensation to the contractor or his labour in case any accident / miss happening or any type of causality to his labour/ plumber. (iii) in case any maintenance / complaine to the contractore telephonically or verbally or on complaint slip is not rectified within 48 Hrs the contractore shall be penalties @ Rs 250/- per complaint per day and shall be recovered from the contractore's dues.(v) The contractore or his representative will repor to the concerned JE E/M daily in the morning at 9.30 AM to collect the complain and shall diposite the same to his office after rectification duly signed by the concerned user/ occupant of effected accn or area complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 39235.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
