VRV/VRF Outdoor Unit

VRV/VRF

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type air-conditioning system suitable for Cooling & Heating both by multiple scroll/DC Twin rotary compressor controlled by individual inverters for each compressor complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual wired and wireless /wired remote controller for indoor units and centralized controller, interconnecting refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas (R-410A) & oil, control cabling and fittings etc. as per details given in specifications and having following items. The outdoor units shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V + 10 %, 50 Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply.

Outdoor Units

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient multiple scroll/ DC twin rotary compressors(OEM manufactured) fully inverter controlled (individual inverter for each compressor) i.e. changes its speed in accordance to the variation in cooling loads, special heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting and capacity as mentioned below including all hardware & accessories & including full charging of R-410A refrigerant gas complete i/c powder coating complete as per specifications. The units should be with necessary weather protection coating. The coating should be done before bringing the units to site. Outdoor units shall be provided with MS stand of suitable size duly painted with corrosion resistant paint suitable for outdoor application.

All the units shall be provided with built-in microprocessor control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control.

All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor.

The manufacturer of ODU and compressor shall be same. i.e the make of compressor shall be identical of the ODU.

Each ODU wheather used individually or used to make module should have multiple compressors.

All Bidders has to submit the test certificates along with the delivery of VRF/VRV Units at site. A draft Format of the same need to be submitted along with in the Technical Bid.

Variable refrigerant flow modular type air- conditioning system suitable for Cooling/Heating by inverter driven capacity control compressor Outdoor unit having minimum COP at 100% Load to be 3.8 at AHRI Conditions

Insurance of Units ,Unloading at site, placement of Oudoor Units on the foundation,stands, co-ordination during execution, rendering necessary guidance for execution, supervision, testing,commissioning and startup of above mentioned VRF/VRV by OEM.

VRV/VRF Indoor Units

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of below mentioned capacity Ductable/Casettes type Indoor air conditioners complete with fan and fan motor, inter connecting it with refrigerant piping, insulation , cabling, earthing, necessary galvanized steel supports etc. as per specification and drawing.

The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube. The tube shall be hydraulically or mechanically expanded and tested for 21 Kg/cm2. Indoor units shall have a wired remote control. They shall be operated through from the wired remote control from the respective locations. Corded Remotes are seperately payable.

The Drain pump as a standard accessory and shall be included in the price of units

Refrigerant Piping

Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRF/VRV system etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber (Class 'O') as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the HVAC consultant in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the system.
