SH:1 SITC Of UPS System Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 No. x 160 KVA capacity, 3 phase in and 3 Phase out true online UPS with double conversion PWM IGBT technology, in built isolation transformers suitable to drive constant current regulators (CCRs) with 100% unbalanced load at output at full load condition as per technical specifications/data sheet enclosed. The UPS shall have standard features like in built automatic 100% rated static by pass, maintenance by pass, active input power factor correction, phase sequence corrector, pure sine wave output, inbuilt input & output isolation transformer separately, compatibility with generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, advanced communication-RS485 port, user friendly LCD display, provision of auto load sharing / parallel operation, suitable to operate at 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply and delivering 2 phase & single phase loads with 3phase output of the UPS and necessary safety protections as per technical specifications. The job also includes supply and connecting the suitable required number of 12V, SMF batteries of suitable amp hour, for each UPS separately/Individually to give a backup time of minimum 30 minutes for each UPS separately/Individually at the rated full load along with battery management feature integrated with UPS, battery rack, connectors, wiring, cabling between battery bank and UPS with insulated copper conductor of required size, termination as per site condition etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium /copper lugs as per cable for following size PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal and salt complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G. I. strip in 40 mm dia G. I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolts, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

SH : II Annual Comeprehensive Maintenance of the UPS System All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of UPS from OEM / authorised service dealer of OEM for 2X160 KVA UPS system ( excluding replacement of batteries) complete as required and as specified

Disconnection, precise & careful dismantalling with zero damage to the equipments, transportation & re-installation of the complete 2 Nos. x160 UPS System from its current location in 33 KV Old Sub-station buildng to the new location at New Sub-station building (Technical Block cum ATC Tower Sub-station) including wiring, cabling between battery bank and UPS with existing insulated copper conductor of required size, termination as per site condition etc. complete as required.The works shall be carried out by the trained technical personels of the UPS vendor so as to ensure zero damage to the existing UPS systems. Any damage during this damage shall be rectified free of cost by the agency.
