SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO T-193/5 AT TERRIERS ENCLAVE OF 172 INF BN(TA) MADRAS, BRICHGUNJ MIL STN, SRI VIJAYA PURAM AND SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NOT-157 AT ILP LOCATION OF 172 INF BN (TA) MADRAS, BRICHGUNJ MIL STN, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4 Sqm each (without taking of shutter from frame) including cutting holes to facilitate the taking down etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling hearth or wall tiling of any description, size and thickness including cement mortor bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick masonry walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of PCC unreinforced in ground floor and paving above or below any thickness etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, in roof coverings etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and fixed in any position etc complete all as directed.

S&F powder coated of any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F powder coated of any colour (min thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium for shutters of openable/sliding doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 150 mm size aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded sections, with cast or sheet barrel and rolled or cast bolts etc complete all as directed.
