Earth work in excavation for foundation, trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing, columns, steps and septic tank etc. Including refiling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after complete of work, breaking clods in return filling dressing, watering and ramming etc and removal of surplus earth with all lead & lift as directed and specified in following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.00 below the existing ground level. (a) In ordinay soil.

Providing stone soiling in foundation and under floor at all levels with stone/best quality picked jhama bricks, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and if necessary dewatering complete. A) stone soiling of thickness 150mm

Plain cement concretre work with course aggregate at size 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls brick work etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary and curing complete(Shuttering works where necessary shall be measured and paid separtely) a) In prop. 1cement :3 sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume.

Suppllying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcements bars conforming to relevent I.S. code for R.C.C. work/R.B. walling including straigh tening, cleaning cutting and bending to proper shape and length with 20 G annealed blck etc.... b) From primary producer TATA/SAIL/ESSER--- ii) Super ductile TMT reainforcement bars

C) I.S.I approved- M.S. Rod.

Providing from work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finished including cemtering shuttering etc.. 3.2.1.1 Foundation, footings, bases of columns..

Providing an laying 25mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete in prop. 1:1:5:3 etc… complete as directed.

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in sub-structure upto plinth level (c) In prop 1:4

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super-structure above plinth level (c) In prop 1:5

Earth/Sand filling in plinth in layer not more than 150mm thick incl. necessary carriage watering raming etc. etc (c) With river sand or silt by truck carriage incl. etc. etc.

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, window, CL window and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with cc or brick masonry wall..as directed and specified. (b) With 1st class timber.

Providing fitting and fixing 1st class local wood batteded and braced door and window shutters including oxidised iron butt hings 6 Nos with necessary screws. (a) Using Bonsum/Hollock.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not execeeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. in prop. 1:4

Extra over the item for providing and mixing water proofing materials in cement mortar in prop as recommended by manufacturer including curing complete as directed. (ii) 15mm thick plaster (b) In cement mortar 1:4

40mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 25mm under layer of cc in prop.1:3:6 and 15mm thick wearing layer in cc in prop 1:1:2 finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish using cement slurry for bond…

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlin fabricated using MS circullar hollow section conforming to relevant IS code as per approved design and drawings including providing MS cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide and two coats of approved enamel paints complete incl fitting necessary cleats etc., TATA make Circullar Hollow Section

Providing pre-painted galvanised iron sheet roofing (PPGI) at all levels including fitting and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete. 0.55 mm thick

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE/SAIL including and fixing necesaary galvd screws/washer etc., complete as directed. 0.55 mm thick (150mm lapping)

Apllying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacturer on new surface to give an even shade…

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after… (b) With ready mixed paint, wood primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Adding Electrification 7.35% of civil cost @ Rs.4298741.00
