Providing qualified staff and T&P required for a period of one year for repair , maintenance and round the clock operation of all type of electrical fixtures, pumps, D G Sets, High Mast ,electrical panels , feeder pillars , cables network and other accessories installed at APMC Najafgarh. The minor items i.e. PVC tape, Nut bolt, washers, dhoti, grease etc for execution work shall be provided by the contractors free of cost. The minimum staff to be deployed by the contractor shall be as under:- (i) Wireman Gd-1 - 01 No (ii) DG/Pump Operators - 02 Nos (iii) Khallasi -01 Nos

Comprehensive AMC of following installations i/c repair/replacement of all major/ minor parts shall be provided by the contractor.

Booster pumps capacity of 20 H P with starter control panels - 02 Nos

Submersible pump capacity of 7.5 HP & 5 HP with starter control panels -02 No

Vacuum pumps capacity of 5 HP with starter control panels -01 No

Taking out of defective submersible pump set from bore well along with pipes/ cable etc from the depth of 30 meter approx as required

Installation of repaired submersible pump set from bore well along with pipes/ cable etc from the depth of 30 meter approx as required

Annual Maintenance Contract of 25 KVA capacity Diesel Generator set complete with supplying & replacement of parts in Engine & Alternator i/c B Check one number with lubricating oil, gasket, water separator, water hose pipe sets, de-scaling of radiator, cu-washer etc. as per scope of work as and when required for a period of one year.

Annual Maintenance Contract of 62.5 KVA capacity Diesel Generator set complete with supplying & replacement of parts in Engine & Alternator i/c B Check one number with lubricating oil, gasket, water separator, water hose pipe sets, de-scaling of radiator, cu-washer etc. as per scope of work as and when required for a period of one year.

Erection of metallic pole of length above 10 meter and up to 12 meter in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc as required.
