Dewatering, cleaning out silt and development of bore of RUBs in the jurisdiction of ADEN/Hanumangarh-II (For 02 years)

Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. Note :- (i) For Joint Venture (JV): The tenderer shall submit credentials as mentioned in Clause 17 of GCC April 2022 (Ammended upto date). (ii) In case, date of tender inviting is on or after date of statutory deadline for audit of balance sheet of previous Financial Year (i.e. 30th Sept. or as further extended for this FY), audited balance sheet of 4th previous year shall not be considered unless concerned CA certifies that balance sheet is not audited yet as on date of invitation of this tender.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (a) Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (b) Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (c) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Note :- For Joint Venture (JV): The tenderer shall submit credentials as mentioned in Clause 17 of GCC April 2022 (Ammended upto date).

1.The quantities/amount mentioned above are rough and for guidance only and are subject to change according to the needs of the railway & variation thereof to any extent will not be the basis of any claim against the Railway. 2.The work shall be carried out as per CPWD DSR - 2023 & IRUSSOR - 2021 (Amended up to date). 3.The rates should be inclusive of all labour and materials, taxes, lead, lift, loading, unloading, sales tax etc. Nothing extra payment other than the accepted rates will be made in any circumstances. 4.The contract shall be Governed by General Condition of Contract and Instructions to the Tenderers 2022 (Amended up to date). 5.All Tools and plants and mechanical equipments as required to execute the work shall be arranged by the contractor. 6.Details of RUBs and capacity of pump required for dewatering is attached as Annexure-B. 7.Similar nature of work :- "Any Civil Engineering work". 8.Work shall be carried out stritctly adhered to Guideline for Dewatering of accumulated water from LHS issued by HQ placed as Guideline for dewatering and it should be confirmed/ensured by the Tenderer. 9.Contractor/ suppliers/ service providers/ parties shall register their firms under EPFO & GSTIN (GST Identification Number).
