Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F False ceiling with 10mm thick of size 600mm X 900mm Plaster of paris sheets fixed with machine screws on and including GI channel 18 gauge grid work main joists placed at 750mm, centre to centre and cross joists 450mm centre to centre hanging with 6mm dia GI wire suspenders roof "J" hook bolts and nuts and treating the POP sheets with thin layer of POP with gypsum binder till smooth surface is acheived and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved colour over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F decorative cornices/ moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exceeding 25sqcm and not exceeding 50 sqcm as per approved pattern and design fixed in position including preparing the surface and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab/ sunken floor, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top: (i) Taking out old roof tratment and roughening tha same old concrete slab by picking, sweepingc clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) (iii) Cleaning the plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminuous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm confirming ti IS: 3384 -1986 (iv) APP based polymeric menbrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg/Sqm reinfiorced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/Sqm) shall be less appliedb over bituminous primer as specified above over a application of polymeric membrane shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the teransverese direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

M&L for priming surfaces with primer diluted with water in ration 1:1 (200gm primer: 200gm water) and use as primer @400 gm/sqm, allow the prime coat to touch dry condition, apply evenly one coat of elastomeric water proof coat in one direction (as specified by Manufacturers)(min@ 0.80kg/sqm) and allow to air dry for 10-12 hrs before applying second coat in other direction perpendicular to the first one (as specified by Manufacturers) (min @0.80kg/ sqm, the total thickness of two coats shall be 1200 micron, the whole system shall be left for air cure for min Seven days (without any movement) complete all as specified and directed. Make : - Dr Fixit Newcoat Ezee or Berger Home Shield PU RoofKoat or Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof or BTD of STP or as equivalent approved by GE. Note : - (i) The waterproofing shall be carried out in the last stage of execution to avoid any damages during the execution. (ii) Payment against this item shall not be allowed till completion of all the stages of work for any slab. (iii) The work shall be executed through well-trained applicators as per manufacturer’s instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protection and making 50mm deep joints at every 3 mtr enterval and at every corners and filling the joints with bitumen grade 85/25 and sand mixture 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc.including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal of rubbish material away from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two layers of 10mm and 5mm thk) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's printed instruction finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The cost of scaffolding is included in this item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
