Demolition of cement Concrete( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level all as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) , all as specified and directed.

M&L 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab of size 550mmx550mm in flooring laid and jointed with grey) cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to give high gloss (mirror) finish complete over and including 15 mm tnick screed bed in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item no 4 above but on vertical surfaces as in skirting dado over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cm 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Ditto as per item No 8 above but on vertical surfaces as in skirting dado over and including 10 mm thickrendering in cm 1:4 complete , all as specified and directed.

M&L desiger digital glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Group B II) of size excd 0.11 sqm and not excd 0.18 sqm , 7-8mm thick , on vertical surfaces such as dados skirting and risers to step etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and incuding 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. ( the quoted rate shall deem to be included for screening and shall not be measured and paid separately ).

Taking down cement plaster on concrete surfaces of etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. and removing of the rubbish and M&L ready mix plastering/rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls as per manufacturer composition , in cement and sand mortar 1:6 , top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified Note No1:- Make of ready mixed plaster: Ultratech Readyplast, ACC Accoplast , Birla Aerocon, Note No.2:- Contractor shall bring total bags of ready mix plaster required against the work at site as approved by GE, before commencement of the plastering work.
