Scarifying or picking gravelled n exc 50mm deep, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm.

Preparing surfaces black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at rate of 05 kg per 10 sq meters of road surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration with using binder content 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete. Rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton, complete all as specified and directed.

Add/Deduct to Ser item No-6 for each extra Kg of binder used.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecterising materials glass beads including cost of all materials labour machineries and T&P etc required for proper completion of work including all other charges . The finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specification No 803 as per IRC painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye of size 90x110mm white or yellow colour, ABS material body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in both direction of make sun eye/3M/protek or equivalent as approved by the GE and fixed with two components epoxy hardner and resin/HT nail as per manufacturer instructions.

Demolition of brick wk masonry built in cement mortar incldg all quoins arches pillars etc.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with complete collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 to 450mm bore drain pipes including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick wk with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m means radius in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but except bricks.

M&L Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggreate) as in coping etc similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4) making surfaces finished even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick as in Sub-base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L including preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and directed.
