Draining out the fuel from the boiler fuel tank (capacity up to 1000 litres) and storing it safely in suitable containers; disconnecting all fuel lines, valves, and associated mechanical connections; carefully removing the tank from its position for thorough internal and external cleaning by removing accumulated dirt, sludge, and sediment. The work includes leak testing of the tank, carrying out necessary welding/brazing repairs, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after surface preparation. Loose dust, bird droppings, and debris shall be gently removed using soft brushes or low-pressure water spray, preferably during early morning or evening hours to avoid thermal shock. Panels shall then be cleaned using clean potable water or approved mild cleaning solution with soft brushes/microfiber cloths, working from top to bottom. Final rinsing shall be carried out thoroughly, followed by natural air drying or use of rubber squeegees. Use of pressure washers, abrasive tools, or harsh chemicals is strictly prohibited to prevent surface damage and ensure maximum energy efficiency, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All solar plant 2 x 20 KW at MCEME, 03 x 20 KW at DGQA, 01 x 20 KW at AOC Centre, 1 x 40 KW at DGQA, 1x80 KW at 2 TB will be cleaned in one job for each month.
Supply, fixing, testing, and commissioning in replacement of damaged or broken mono-crystalline silicon solar photovoltaic modules of 400 Wp or higher capacity, damaged due to storm damage, tree branches, monkeys or other mechanical causes. The modules shall have a module power form fill factor greater than 0.76 and a performance ratio exceeding 75%. Modules shall be manufactured with high-transmissivity front glass, providing transmittance above 90%, high encapsulation gain, and bending less than 0.3%. The work shall include safe removal of damaged modules, installation of new modules with proper mounting, electrical connections, alignment, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old UNSV GI Strip and Supply, fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or fixed to pole GI strip 32 x 6 mm complete with S&F of suitable fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts and washers etc all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for LT panel thorough cleaning of the surface to remove all dirt, loose deposits, rust, and deteriorated paint by wire brushing, scraping, or sanding, followed by the application of rust remover/convertor wherever necessary. After proper surface preparation, one coat of approved epoxy-based zinc chromate primer or equivalent anti-corrosive primer shall be applied, followed by two coats of industrial-grade anti-corrosive enamel/epoxy paint of approved make and shade, suitable for outdoor service conditions. During painting, all instruments, nameplates, meters, semaphore indicators, and operating handles shall be properly masked and protected, and on completion, all identification markings, panel numbers, and safety labels shall be restored to their original condition.
Supply and lay in replacement of cable lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc connecting buy using lugs, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 4 core 25 sqmm Sqmm complete all, as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.
