Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 1.5 metre long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing 25mm x5mm GI strip in existing 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut, bolt and spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc as required including taking down old unserviceable GI strip complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable LT cables of any size from trenches including disconnecting cables and stacking of cables within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed

Supply, Laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) 1100V grade with stranded alluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3.5 Core (sub Stn to FF LT Panel) including necessary lugs and glandscomplete all as specified and directed. Note : Earthwork, execavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) 1100V grade with stranded alluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 Core (For FF LT Panel to Main pumping set - 02 Nos two runs for each pump set) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earthwork, execavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out/laying of HT/ LT under ground cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for crushed sand as in cushioning of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and lay Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class 'B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanished steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core 1100 volts grade (for flow switches) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling steel work in buildt up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc including dismembering and stacking within 50 metre lead complete all as specified and directed

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in stringers, treads, landings etc including use of chequered plate wherever required complete all as specifeid and directed.

Taking down/dismantling all existing cables from old panel board carefully by unscrewing the panel doors with allen keys and remove old panel board from wall/floor, tracing incoming cable in ground, excavation, refilling and removal of excavated soil from ground with out any damage to cables and cleaning the entire area complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 200 mm dia bore MS pipe heavy duty Class 'C' ISI marked (IS:1239) with necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbow, flanges, reducer, gaskets, nut and bolts etc in ground including welding excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anti corrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 18 above but 150mm dia.

Providing, laying, testing & comissioning of 'C' class heavy duty GI pipe confirmming to IS 3589/ IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbow, tees, flanges, nut bolts, gaskets, etc and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamps/support frame and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) 50 mm dia suction pipe for Jackey Pump

Constructing of masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm (inner dimensions) in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 150 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 using stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 using stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design bricks of class designation 7.5 including dismantling the old unserviceable chamber complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling the existing valve chamber and taking down the existing butterfly valve/ sluice valve any size from the chamber for schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and connected earth work will be paid and measured separately

Material and labour for overhauling of centrifugal pump set 75 HP capacity of Make Kirloskar, decoupling from motor, and removing the motor from platform, transporting to Civil workshop, replacing unserviceable ball bearings, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring, gland rope shield, unserviceable bolts, nuts and washers etc and reassembling the pump, transportation from workshop to site, fix on platform bed, alignment to the original position and coupling the same with motor, testing and commissioning the same after complete overhauling all as directed

Material and labour for overhauling ofJackey pump set 20 HP capacity of Make Kirloskar, decoupling from motor, and removing the motor from platform, transporting to Civil workshop, replacing unserviceable ball bearings, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring, gland rope shield, unserviceable bolts, nuts and washers etc and reassembling the pump, transportation from workshop to site, fix on platform bed, alignment to the original position and coupling the same with motor, testing and commissioning the same after complete overhauling all as directed

Material and labour for overhauling of monoblock pump set 5 HP capacity of Make Kirloskar, decoupling from motor, and removing the motor from platform, transporting to Civil workshop, replacing unserviceable ball bearings, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring, gland rope shield, unserviceable bolts, nuts and washers etc and reassembling the pump, transportation from workshop to site, fix on platform bed, alignment to the original position and coupling the same with motor, testing and commissioning the same after complete overhauling all as directed
