Supply, Laying,testing, stringing, tensioning and binding of conductor ACSR 0.01 (Dog) including pre-tensioning for removal of kinks, fixing of hardware fittings and jointing as per standard practices and mechanical/manual carriage upto site

Providing & fixing of pole Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm-2.5m long through GI Strip for poles. as per REC Drawing.

Supply and painting of each Pole 1 coat red oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint (@ 1 ltr/pole red oxide paint and 1 ltr/pole aluminium paint) inscribed with permenent marking on each pole viz. name of scheme - 2023-24/xx - xx means pole numbers say 01,02.....

Providing, errection, testing & commissioning of channel cross arms, V-Cross arms & Angle Iron Braces, including back clamps for fixing cross arms etc fabricated out of Galvanised iron of different sizes (REC Standard) & to be fixed with GI Nuts & Bolts and washers without drilling/punching holes in the poles.

Providing & fixing of Galvanised Stay Set with 50x8mm stay clamp, guy insulator(2Nos.), anchor plate (300x 300 x 8 mm), nut-bolts, 2 Nos turn-buckles, 1.8m long, 16 mm diameter solid GS stay rod & 7/3.15 mm dia GI stranded wire complete (11 kV)

Providing & and fixing of 11 kV Pin Insulators (polymer) with Pins ( 5 KN)

Providing & fixing of 11 kV link set (Heavy Duty) of standard make

Providing & fixing of 11 kV Disc Insulators (polymer) Complete with fitting( 45 KN)

Providing & fixing of GI Barbed Wire for Anti Climbing by using clamps.

Providing & fixing of Danger Plates with Clamps .

Providing, laying of Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0.6 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level, plaster and curing of concrete.
