Repairing/Checking of existing street light / flood light/ post top lantern/ bollard light of any type or description, fixed in vertical position with poles / wall /on high mast including disconnecting the electric connection, taking down from pole / high mast / wall if required, carrying out necessary repairs like disconnection of wire/cable, carbon removing, cleaning of acrylic/glass sheet cover and replacing of defective parts as required at site to make the lights fully functional and re-fixing the same with clamps, screw, washer and other fixing accessories at same location or any other location, connecting with electric feeder and testing for functioning by engaging sufficient man power with tool & plant etc to ensure safety of light / pole as well as working personnel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for item No. 1.00 :- (a) The cost of all kind of repair /servicing/ replacement of defective items/devices and other minor parts/spares or insulation tape, ferrules, lugs, connector, fixing accessories as and when required for making the all street lights fully functional is deemed to be included in quoted rates. However, the major parts / items shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule. (b) The cost of Tool & plant, ladder any type for street light repairing deemed to be included in quoted rates. (c) Contractor shall deploy a electrician cum supervisor daily with serviceable mobile number to receive the complaints, maintain the complaint record, checking and attending the street light complaints in the evening every day including Sunday & holidays and monitor the street light repairing team. (d) All the Complaint / fault(s) once lodged to the rep of contractor verbally, telephonically or with complaint slip shall be rectified within 24 hrs. If contractor or his tradesmen fails to rectify the complaint within 24 hrs from the time of receipt, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per day (i.e 24 hrs ) shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

Supply only in replacement of 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tap and over all PVC sheathed in service connection for street light from FRP junction box to street light of size 3 core 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only in replacement of MCB SP 6 Amps to 32 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only in replacement of driver for LED street light / Flood light of 40 watts to 60 watts capacity or as per existing make & model to made LED light serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 4.00 here-in-before but driver for LED light 90 watts to100 watts capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 4.00 here-in-before above but driver for LED light 120 watts and above capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 7.00 here-in-before but of 90 Watts LED street light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED flood light 50 watt 230 V, AC, outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 11.00 here-in-before but of 100 Watts LED flood light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED 9 watts bollards for pathways & gardens are made with aluminium extrusion sturdiness and better finish, UV stabilized injection molded opal polycarbonate diffuser for spot- free lighting operating on, 230 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED Post top 25 watts, new generation, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LED's complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 15.00 here-in-before but for 35 Watts LED Post Top complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 18 meter length, 240 volt, 50 Hz LED rope/strip light in tricolor with high brightness 6 watt/meter for outdoor application including suitable driver and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old U/S cable from trench/wall/pole of any height and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning new XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm x 4.0 Core in trench/ on pole/ in duct complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 18.00 here-in-before but 16 sqmm x 4.0 Core XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of river dry fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- penned thickness of sand layer will be considered for measurement.

Supplying laying, brick sub class 'B' common burnt laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 40 mm nominal dia double wall corrugated HDPE pipe of high quality fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- This also includes taking down of old GI pipe from poles by demolishing PCC and making surface good as original with PCC after fixing DWC pipe.

M&L for road cutting, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling with broken boudders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work with PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement street light fitting bracket, 1.5 mtr long made out of galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm dia size light grade complete with nut, bolts, clamp washer etc inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement street light timer panel 3 phase frame of capacity 40 Amp 3 Pole incl Digital time switch, power contactor, isolator, LED indicator lamps and switch for auto, manual & bypass arrangement complete incl fixing by making proper foundation with angle iron frame or fixed on pole all as directed by Engr -in-charge.

All as per ser item No 30.00 here-in-before but street light timer panel 3 phase 40 amp capacity with Astronomical time switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of old street light timer panel with Nature switch 3 phase 40 Amp rating with all accessories like sensor, contactor, MCB, voltage monitoring system etc which automatically switch ON at sunset and automatically switch OFF at sunrise and enclosed in SMC enclosure dust and water proof complete incl fixing by making proper foundation with angle iron frame or fixed on pole all as directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for cleaning, scrubbing and preparation of old, rusted painted surface of existing steel tubular pole of 09 to 11 mtr height complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making black & yellow alternative strips of 30 cm height with synthetic enameled paint upto 1.5 mtr height including writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enameled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rate deemed to be included taking down of tricolour strip light before painting and refixing after the pole painting work.

Supply & fixing in replacement SMC/FRP junction box for street lighting for 3 phase/4 core, outdoor type, inside dimensions (HxWxD) 240mm X 130 mm X 95 mm, consisting bus bar rating 63 amps 4 strips aluminium with bus bar mounting colour R, Y, B, N on DMC unbreakable insulator with cable entry from bottom and/or sides, MCB SP 6-32 amps - 01 No, shock & weather proof having front opening and locking arrangement, box duly fixed on the pole with suitable size flat iron clamp with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Cost of incoming & outgoing cable lugs & glands of suitable size deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Supply and fix in replacement as per drawing or aesthetically designed 4.0 m height decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole with polyurethane paint coated finish, bottom dia 139.70mm, top dia 76.10mm, base plate 300x300x12mm including foundation and coping as per height. Compatible for decorative drop down type post top range. Plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300x90 mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement as per drawing or aesthetically designed decorative single arms in different designs, shaped and lengths to compliment the LED drop down type post tops light and decorative poles mentioned in item No 35.00 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement as suitable for item No 36.00 or aesthetically designed IP 66 LED drop down type post top 45 watt warm white with aluminium enclosure, powered with high power LEDs as light source and die casted heat sink with symmetrical light distribution, suspended mounting arrangement and excellent heat dissipation for long life complete with driver and lamp as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for trimming / cutting of tree branches of girth upto 50 mm dia or any size of all around 1 mtr obstructing illumination of street light/ flood light/ building security light or touching any E/M installation including required T&P and removal of trimmed tree branches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Each cut shall be measured and paid.

Labour and necessary T&P for shifting of street light pole of any type/length from existing position to new location whereas directed. this includes dismantling of pole, transportation to new location, T&P required & errection on site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation, refilling, removal and PCC work required for completion of job are deemed to be included in quoted rate only.
