S & F Stainless steel, kitchen rack of size 750x780mm as per existing design and specification as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Refixing of 15mm bore old serviceable steel tubing and connections in new or old position with new fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete as directed. (Note: Serviceable pipe shall be reused as obtained from serial item No. 4 above)

Supply, install, testing & Commissioning, Geysers, water heater, 25 ltrs capacity, steel body with copper inner tank, heating element upto 2 KW, Storage type electrically operated on single phase 230 Volts AC, 5 Star rating with all accessories and connection of inlet & outlet pipe line including connecting up with 3 single core PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor cables including writing MES No. with synthetic enamel paint on geyser complete all as specified and directed. M & L Sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (Nominal area) single core cable FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cables 1100 Volts grade drawn through PVC conduits/casing-caping of suitable size, fixed to wall/ceiling etc including 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core, FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point including PVC conduits/casing-caping of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : PVC Conduits/Casing-caping, two run cables and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one length.)

Note: An amount of Rs. 150.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
