84888 SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO. P-2.1 AND P-2.2 ARJUN MARG UNDER GE (NORTH) PUNE

B/R PORTION Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and cement mortar screed in existing roof including scrapping out old treatment/ bitumen etc. The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projections, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive new water proofing treatment and removal of rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 500m and not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not therwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded agrregate) mixed with water proofing compound for as in leveling course on roof slab including finishing the surface of concrete even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top :- (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions.

Pruning of vegetation and plants growth on the external wall surfaces/slabs/roofs etc. and applying Hydrochloric acid on the left over root portion and making good disturbed portion with CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 grouting and finished with two coats of cement base paint to match the existing colour shade. (Note : Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding / security measures as the work is to be carried out for G+3 storey building.)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings, etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface finished even and smooth with a thin layer of sagol as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.
