Repair to Tahasil office Building at R.Udayagiri for the year 2026-27_Building

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out of joints of 12mm deep and removing debris etc with all labour, T&P etc in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm.to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m. in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2") size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all& royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and Fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost,conveyance of all materials, priming, and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after racking out of the joints including, watering and curing with all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, Cess T&P required for the work with alland royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors etc. complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of E.C. bags.

Wall Priming one coat over wall surface with approved primer to give an even shade including cost of primer, labour & materials etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty(water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materialslabour T&P & Cess etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls suraface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
