REPAIRS TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS AND WITHOUT ARMS (Drg No.FD-75(M)):- (a) Removing of old unserviceable back frame of chair CB steel with arms and supply and fix new back frame made out of seasoned teakwood duly canned as per trade pattern. The chair shall be fixed with FI 3mm thick 40 X 25mm clips 02 Nos each on either side of back duly welded and also making holes to back frame centre to centre by drilling machine for fixing back frame with required size screws for extra support as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable seat frame of chair CB steel with arms and supply and fix new seat frame made out of seasoned teakwood duly canned as per trade pattern. The chair shall be fixed with FI 3mm thick 40 X 25mm clips 02 Nos each on either side of seat duly welded and also making holes to seat frame centre to centre by drilling machine for fixing seat frame with required size screws for extra support as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable hand rest and supply and fix new hand rest made out of well seasoned teakwood with required size screws. The hand rest shall be french polished with black colour all as specified, directed and as shown on drawing.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable back frame of chair CB steel with out arms and supply and fix new back frame made out of seasoned teakwood duly canned as per trade pattern. The chair shall be fixed with FI 3mm thick 140 X 25mm clips 02 Nos each on either side of back duly welded and also making holes to back frame centre to centre by drilling machine for fixing back frame with required size screws for extra support as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) Removing of old unserviceable seat frame of chair CB steel with out arms and supply and fix new seat frame made out of seasoned teakwood duly canned as per trade pattern. (f) Removing of old unserviceable PVC caps of top frame of chairs CB steel with and without arms and supply and fix new PVC caps (as approved) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) M & L for preparation of surfaces and painting of chair CB Steel With Arms with two coat of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(h) M & L for preparation of surfaces and painting of chair CB Steel With out Arms with two coat of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

REPAIRS TO TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (Drg No. FD-84(M) / 1004 ):- (a) Removing unsv top of table S&F new top to table office clerk steel made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade. Make-Greenply / NOVAPAN/Action Tesa with 6mm thick teak wood beading around the top.

(b) Removing of old UNSV drawers from table office clerk steel and S&F of new drawers made of 1.00mm thick sheet of same shape & size as existing.

(c) Repairing frame of table with new 25mm square MS tube of 1.6 mm thick by arc welding where ever required as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(d) Removing of UNSV locks from table office clerk steel and S&F of new brass locks of 6 lever with duplicate key of approved quality as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

(e) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Olive green colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

TABLE DINING ORs ALUMINIUM TOP (Drg No.FD-165) :- (a) Removing of old UNSV top of table dining ORs and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade covered with 22 guage aluminium sheet on top side by nailing appropriate size nails to plywood as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(b) Removing of UNSV legs and S&F new legs made out of 5mm square MS tube of 1.6mm thick by arc welding to the frame all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Fixing of hard rubber shoes of approved quality to legs of table dining.

(d) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

TABLE 3' X 2' WITH DRAWER STEEL (Drg No.FD-1008) (a) Removing unsv top of table and S&F new top to table made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade. Make-Greenply / NOVAPAN/ Action Tesa with 6mm thick teak wood beading around the top.

(b) Repairing frame of table with new 25mm square MS tube of 1.6 mm thick by arc welding where ever required as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(c) Material & labour for painting to the frame of table with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive Green of Make- Asian/Shalimar.

Table Bed Side Map (Drg No.FD/E6/MAP/15 (R ) (a) Removing of old u/s top from table bed side map and S&F new top of existing shape and size. Complete all as specified and directed. Top shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated board exterior grade as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly screwed. Edging all around the top shall be of 4mm thick teak wood. All exposed faces of timber shall be treated with french polish.Shade shall be Bavarian Beech directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Removing of old U/s small drawer and knobs and providing of new small drawers of pre-laminated board 18/19 mm thick board BWR exterior grade as approved by GE conforming to IS -12823 Grade-I type-II duly screwed for sides and 6 mm thick ply wood commercial ISI marked for bottom including chromium plated knobs as per drg of existing shape and size. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Removing of old U/s large drawer and knobs and providing of new large drawers of pre-laminated board 18/19mm thick board exterior grade for sides as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly shade shall be Bavarian Beech screwed and 6mm thick ply wood commercial ISI marked for bottom including chromium plated knobs as per drg, of existing shape and size. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Removing of old U/s back of table bed side MAP and S&F 18mm thick pre-laminated board BWR, exterior grade as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly screwed of existing shape and size. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) Removing of old U/s sides of table bed side MAP and S&F 18mm thick pre-laminated board BWR, exterior grade as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly screwed of existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) French polishing with high class finish on wooden surface and synthetic enamel Paint of black colour on steel frame including preparation by proper sand papering. All as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge and all as per drg.

Gas Welding point (01 inch)(Drg No.FD-243,FD-1032,FD- 046,FD-1004, FD-1008,FD-1007,FD-562,FD-1014, FD-362,FD-1003, FD- 5,FD-165(M), FD-75(M),FD-256 (Steel items of various drgs)) : on Broken part of steel furniture shall be carried out such as Almirah large steel with shelf/Wo shelf and Half hanging, Almirah medium steel/small with shelf, Locker bed side steel, Table office clk steel, table 3x2 steel w/d, Locker SKD 562 of chair CB steel with arms/ without Arms, chair verandah, table dining, table office, officer/clerk steel, chair easy steel, teapoy verandah & Steel items of various drgs etc. welding shall be done continuously type, including rubbing and finishing to smooth surfaces.

BED HARD (MAP) (Drg No.FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)) (a) Removing the u/s plywood 12 mm and S&F new plywood 12 mm with approved quality and pattern as specified shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

FORM WITHOUT BACK (Drg No.FD-1027, FD-77 (M) ) (a) Removing unserviceable planks from form without back and S&F with appropriate size nut & bolts by new planks of size 1530 X 255 X 25mm made out of 1st class teak wood as existing and all as per specification given in drawings.

(b) Repair / Replace frame of form without back with 25mm square MS tube of 1.6 mm thick not less than 300mm long by arc welding where ever required as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(c) Material & labour for painting to the frame of form without back with one coat of synthetic enamel paint black of Make- Asian/Shalimar.

FORM WITH BACK : (Drg No.FD-78 (M) ) (a) Removing unserviceable seat planks from form with back and S&F with appropriate size nut & bolts by new planks of size 1800 X 255 X 25mm made out 1st class teak wood as existing and all as per specification given in drawings

(b) Removing unserviceable back planks from form with back and S&F with appropriate size nut & bolts by new planks of size 1800 X 150 X 25mm made out 1st class teak wood as existing and all as per specification given in drawings

(c) Repair / Replace frame of form without back with 25mm square MS tube of 1.6 mm thick not less than 300mm long by arc welding where ever required as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(d) Material & labour for painting to the frame of form without back with one coat of synthetic enamel paint black of Make- Asian/Shalimar.

BOOK CASE STEEL CABINET WITH GLASS : (Drg No.FD-90, FD-1028)(a) Removing of broken glass from the exsting and replacing the same of size 650x225x4mm all as per drawing.

(b) Removing of old UNSV locks of four sliding doors & S&F new lock for four sliding door with duplicate key all as per drawing. Make- Link/ Godrej/Equivelent of approved quality as approved

(c) Removing of old UNSV Handles & S&F new Handle CP Steel to Book Case Steel all as per drawing and as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

(d) M&L for preparation of surfaces cleanness and painting of Book Case Steel with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint Olive Green. Make- Nerolac/Berger and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

CHAIR WRITTING STEEL WITH PADDED CUSHION SEAT & BACK(Drg No.FD/E6/MAP12) (a) Removing the u/s seat and S&F new seat made out of 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam as per drawing and as existing.

(b) Removing the u/s back and S&F new back made out of 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam as per drawing and as existing.

(c) Removing the u/s cantilever type frame and S&F new Cantilever type powder coated MS tubular frame 25x10mm section with rubber stopper and fixing with the seat , back and handles all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Removing the u/s hand rest and S&F new readymade handrest made out of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore'A' hardness & reinforced with MS insert with scratch and weather resistant and also to have slope towards front.

CHAIR REVOLVING EXECUTIVE : (Drg No.TP/FD-1025) (a) Removing the u/s upholstery of complete chair and S&F new upholstery with approved quality and pattern as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Removing the u/s prong and S&F new prong with nylon 10.5mm dia zinc plated MS Castors including hydrolic gas lift as existing and all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Removing the u/s hand rest and S&F new readymade handrest made out of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore'A' hardness & reinforced with MS insert with scratch and wheather resistant and also to have slope towards front.

(d) Removing the u/s wheel and S &F new nylon 10.5mm dia zinc plated MS Castors as existing and all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR SCHOOL HAND BOARD : (Drg No.FD/E6/MAP/05) (a) Removing the u/s plastic seat back (joint) and S&F new seat back with approved quality and pattern as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Removing the u/s hand board with hinges and S&F new hand board with approed quality and pattern as specified shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

CHAIR VERANDAHA (MAP) : (Drg No.FD/E6/MAP/II/06) (a) Removing the u/s plastic seat/back and S&F new seat back with approved quality and pattern as specified shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel white colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Chair Varandah : (Drg No.FD-19(M), FD-256/359 ) (a) M & L for repair / fixing of broken parts of chair varandah by welding (Gas Welding) as existing where ever required as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) M & L for replacing of broken MS pipe of chair varandah by welding (Gas Welding) with 20mm dia MS Conduite pipe not less that 300mm long where ever required as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Removing of old broken plastic cane and recaning of chair varandah with & including new plastic cane of 03/04mm semi round, white colour, best quality of approved including painting with two coats of white synthetic enamelled paint on entire steel/iron surfaces of chair before recaning & including provn of new PVC shoes 20mm dia at bottom of legs after taking out old shoes all as specified including all material & labour, canning shall be done in Matt pattern.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL WITH SHELVES & 1/2 S X 1/2H (Drg No.TP/FD-1034 / FD-1032/ FD-114) (a) Removing unsv legs of almirah and S&F new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet as existing by welding / revitting as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Removing of unsv shelves from almirah medium steel & S& F of new shelves made of 1.00mm thick MS sheet of same shape & size as existing.

(c) Removing of UNSV 3 way locking device & S&F complete new locking device of same shape & size as existing and as per drg.

(d) Removing of UNSV handle from almirah med steel & S&F new CP brass handle 150mm long of approved make.

(e) Removing of old UNSV locks & S&F new brass lock 6 levers to almirah of Make- Link/ Godrej /Equivalent as approved .

(f) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of required colour internally and externally by spray painting. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Removing of UNSV hasp and staple of locker and S&F new hasp and staple of same shape & size as existing and as per drg.

(d) Removing of UNSV handle from locker bed side steel & S&F new steel handle 100mm long as approved make.

(e) Removing of old UNSV hanging rod & S&F new hanging rod CP of 20mm dia to locker as approved .

(f) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of required colour internally and externally by spray painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Teapoy Varandah : (Drg No.FD-255/FD-35 (M) FD-208) (a) Removing UNSV top of the teapoy varandah S&F new top of size 900X450 made out of 18mm thick exterior grade particle board pasted with 1mm thick white plastic laminated sheet on top with teak wood edging of 4mm thick all around all as per drg.

(b) Repairing frame of table with new 20mm round MS tube of 1.6 mm thick by arc welding where ever required as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint white colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

DESK STEEL : (Drg No.FD-107/FD-1021) (a) Removing unserviceable box top from desk and S&F new box top of size 1360x510mm made out of 25mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade one side teak finish with 4mm thick well seasoned TW Edging all round as per drg.

(b) Removing of UNSV legs and S&F new legs made out of 25mm round MS tube of 1.6mm thick by arc welding to the frame as existing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Repairing frame of table with new 25 mm round MS tube of 1.6 mm thick by arc welding where ever required as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(d) M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of required colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
