Supplying the structural steel, MS Angles, Channels, Flats etc., for vertical members / bracing / stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer.

Providing and fixing A.C sheet ridges with G.I. J or L bolts including cost of ridges, conveyance, fixing the ridges with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing ridges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet with Gear Operated Type (from 8 sqm. to 12 sqm. Area), M.S.laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength and M.S top cover to required thickness for rolling shtters. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges and minor tools, all handling and transportation charges to work site etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing A.C sheet roofing with AC corrugated sheet 6mm thick for roof trusses of shed and shade including cost of sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rectifying the damaged steel door (double leaf) of size 4.80 x 5.00m in Warehouses and relaying of new rail using M.S. Flats of size 50mm x 6mm to a length of 10m using M.S. angle guide of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm to a length of 10m with P.C.C. 1:2:4 after dismantling the existing concrete, rectifying the bend in the door angles by using necessary equipments and accessories so as to make in usable condition. The rate including the cost of all materials such as M.S. Angle, M.S. Flat, etc., and removing & refixing the door in position with the help of crane, cutting, welding and fabrication charges, labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 18 Gauge G.I. Sheet valley gutter of size 8' x 4' in Warehouse for drainage arrangement. The rate including cost of 18 Gauge G.I. Sheet, moulding to the required shape, rubber sheet for packing, blots & nuts, removing the damaged valley gutter, scaffolding, conveyance of all materials, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Precoated metal sheet 0.45mm for Roofing with hot dipped galvanised prepainted steel sheet for roof of make TATA or equivalent including cost of metal sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators etc., (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc complete and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Anodized Aluminium Window / Ventilator of various size (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) of 37.5 x 37.5mm Vertical and Window bottom rails using 67.5 x 37.5mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glass superior quality for panel with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including using glazing clip, rubber beading for glazing and necessary screws, plugs etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Polycarbonate Sheet (6mm thick) roofing for roof trusses of shed and shade including cost of Polycarbonate sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
