Demolition cement concrete (Unreinforcement) concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & Removal complete all rubbish materials as directed by Engr- in Charge and all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, all as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Soft and Loose soil for road to required slope gradient, camber etc complete all as directed

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified arıd directed.

- Ditto- all as per Item No 04 but exc 1.50 metre deep but not exceeding 3.00 deep

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspils, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and a exe 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer- incharge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified

M&L for removing excavated material exc 250 mtr but not exc 500 mir and depositing where directed at a level exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete, all as specified.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete, all as specified.

M&L RCC work M-30 Design Mix (using 20mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate )as in foundation including, raft, plinth beam bases for column etc basement slabs under rammed piles and mass concrete, all as specified.

M&L RCC work M-25 Design Mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation including, raft, plinth beam bases for column etc basement slabs under ramed piles and mass concrete, all as specified.

M&L RCC work M-30 Design mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses, all as specified.

M&L RCC work M-25 Design Mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in drain walls, base of drain and the like; any thickness; including attached pilasters and buttresses, all as specified.

M&L for RCC work M-30 Design mix (using 20min graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts und struts complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for RCC work M-30 Design mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, brussements lintels over 1.5 mtr spar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and drain walls staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter including rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, struts, piers, columns and stanchions including rough finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular or polygonal in sections concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound as per manufracturer instruction on fair face of brick work or concrete surface including finishing surface even and fair all as specified. Note: WPC will be paid seperately

Supply only water profing compound as per IS-2645.

M&L for boulder filling dry hand packing (any thinkness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering to the required level,with broken stone and boulders complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base, all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred /stopped ends etc, all as specified.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1(Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection 75 mm thick and surface to be finished even and smooth without using Extra Cement. Plinth protection Shall Be laid in panel n exc 1.50 mtrs 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep joints shall be made between wall & Plinth protection and Between panels. joint shall be filled with Bitumen mastic and sand in proportion 1:3 (one part of Bitumen and three part of Sand) Complete, all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (40mm gde stone aggregate) as in sub base, all as specified.

M&L 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for interlocking tiles all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, coping steps, tank staging, and other similar course lacing courses parapet and railing upto 60 cm kneeler kerb and a like including weathering slightly rounded oe chamfered angle and throating and including necessary form work, all as specified.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface to a true surfaces all as specified.

S&F for mild steel of grade Fe 290 (Gde E-165) in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (or securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, balting or riveting etc and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of iron works of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mn spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, Including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F punched tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and dia 600mm, Max covered length 8 RM having a copre wire (2.5+0.35mm dia ) shall be heavy galvanised (IS 1730) (wire 275 GSM & sirip-200 GSM) to provide protection against out door exposure. The punched tape shall mechanically crimped over the core wore and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil. The width of strip as 19mm and spacing of blade 24.00 + 0.5mm C/C. The weight of each coil shall be 8+5% Kgs without packing material and coil length 8 mir (Maximum) when opened. Each coil would with bituminzed hessin cloth for providing protective packing Ref specification No CQAE/5660/1620/a for raw material and drawings. IMGA0112/B (Sheet 1 of 2) IMPD-182, IMPD-1822 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and pointing surface in contact with earth in the same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:6 uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and pointing surface in contact with earth in the same mortar, including providing weep holes as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Volume occupied PCC bond stone shall be deducted from stone masonry.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble wailing, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble stone masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in bond stone in walling, complete all as specified & directed.
