Strengthening of the road from MM Road to Pallakottai Road Km 0/0-2/190 H/o Bandarahall

Clearing the scrub jungles including cutting the scrubs and removing away from site etc complete

Collection and supply of carted earth from approved quarry an average lead 1km including cost and conveyance of all materials to site anf labour charges etc.

Collection and supply of Girrty gravel for side berms and labour charges for filling etc complete

Picking up existing BT surface upto 5 to 10 cm of old metalled surface , cambering, sectioning of carriage way etc., complete

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying PRIME COAT over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying TACK COAT over the WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion RS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and Laying Bituminous Macadam 50mm thick based on job micx formula mixes in job mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving bitumen 60/70 penetration grade as per IS 73 and aggregate confirming to grading..

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm at centre and 250mm wide placed at 1m intervals centre to centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface etc.,

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Cement concrete in CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting ect., completed with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers.

Cement conerete 1:3:6 (one cement three sand six jelly)using 40.m.m.H.B.G.Jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary sand laid in layers not more than 15 c.m. thick compacting etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work For the Second Year from the date of cpmpletion of work
