Taking down carefully point wiring of any type (i.e. on wooden batten, surface conduit, casing-N- capping or concealed conduit) complete for light, fan socket or power point with fittings & fixtures such as ceiling rose, electric fittings, holders, switches, sockets, regulators, wooden batten, conduit etc. including accessories such as wooden gutties/rawal plug, screw etc including making good disturbed surface to match the existing surface all as specified & directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (FRLS) Cable of working voltage 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 pt-I & II of 2000 drawn in and including 25 mm size PVC rigid non matellic casing caping (Double lock) with all casing capping fittings & accessories with 1.60 mm thick pressed steel or mild steel sheet sunk box covered with 3 mm thick backelite sheet fixed with brass screws & cup washers including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switch / DB's or common earth dolly complete for for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point/ controlled by one switch 5/6 Amp one way complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing in repairs complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, GI earth wire will be protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', watering pipe 20 mm dia GI 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of char coal and salt on all side to earth plate upto thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto ground level, PCC chamber recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, earth wire connected to O/H continious earth wire on pole, testing the earthing after completion all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 1991 print and as directed .
