Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

a) 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm + 1 x 1.5 Sq.mm Earth Wire

b) 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm + 1 x 2.5 Sq.mm Earth Wire

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4X4 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 2 Nos 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm sizes of medium class steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 4 Sq.mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the in the existing surface/recessed PVC/steel conduit/PVC casing & capping as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of the 25 Amp, Double Pole MCB of 240/415 Volts, 'C' curve type, having breaking capacity of 10 kA, with suitable MCB MS enclosure complete with interconnections, testing and commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 100A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, 4 Pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, 4 Pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of the 63 Amp, Four Pole MCB of 240/415 Volts, 'C' curve type, having breaking capacity of 10 kA, with suitable MCB MS enclosure complete with interconnections, testing and commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing 63A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, DP miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 Amp rating, Two pole, (one phase and neutral), 415/240 volts, residual current breaker with overload protection (RCBO), having a sensitivity current 100 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating DP MCB, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supply of LED type 36 Watt recess/suspended slim LED 1' x 4' panel integral light luminaries with powder coated rim complete including LED driver as required suitable for the operation on 230V, 50 Hz AC supply with all accessories complete as required & as specified. [ Make : Bajaj, Model : BZSSLL 36W WH or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge ]

Supply of LED type 36 Watt surface type slim LED 1' x 4' panel integral light luminaries with powder coated rim complete including LED driver as required suitable for the operation on 230V, 50 Hz AC supply with all accessories complete as required & as specified. [ Make : Bajaj, Model : BZSSLL 36W WH or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge ]

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supply of 45 Watt LED type Road/ Street light with minimum protection level IP 66, pressure die cast housing with epoxy power coated prismatic poly carbonate cover with individual LED lenses and complete assembly with LED, driver and accessories pre-wired up to terminal block i/c suitable mounting accessories etc. as required.

Fixing of LED street light fitting on pole / wall including bending the suitable size GI pipe to the required shape, iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint including connection with 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, testing and commissioning complete as required.

Supply of BLDC celling Fan with remote control, 1200 mm sweep suitable for 230 volt, with 30 cm down rod and other accessories, canopies, etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supply of single phase 240 V pedestal fan having sweep 400mm, 3 step speed control complete as required.

Supply and Installation of Weather proof IP 65 Cable junction box for 4X 4 Sq mm armoured cable with Connector and 32 Amp DP MCB for connection complete etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 12 W fully Automatic Emergency LED Light having back up time of 3 hours complete with standard accessories all as required.

Supply of Aluminium self supporting ladder made out of C section and steps of Aluminium corrugated tubing fitted 16 feet, rubber pads at bottom and upper ends etc complete as required.

Supply and Installation of Astro Mini time switch suitable for single phase 240V AC for lighting control based on sunrise/sunset timings by lattitude/longititude settings.

Supply and fixing of LED Aviation light luminare(Intergral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure) i/c connection, suitable for 230volts AC, make Bajaj Mode No: BGAV 302 LED or AAI approved list.

SH:II- LT Panel and associated works

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor Type, Floor Mounted compartmentalized cubical type panel board of 415 Volt (Nominal), fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet, free standing and totaly enclosed, IP42, Weather proof / dust proof / vermin proof with bottom / top cable entries and cable alleys. The switch board shall be suitable for operation on 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC Supply and with suitable size busbar, earth bar and following switchgear instrumentation and protection devices, SPD etc. complete with connections, interconnection, earthing, painting and marking etc. complete as required as per the specifications.

Incomer : a) 250 A, MCCB, 4P, 35-37 KA (Icu= 100% Ics) with extended rotary handle and spreaders - 02 Nos. b) Multi function meter (Shows Voltage, Current & Frequency) with 3 line LCD Display of size 96 x 96 mm. - 02 Nos. c) Indication Lamp R, Y & B (LED Type) -02 set Automatic transfer switch with bypass switch arrangement for manual operation : a) 250A, 4P, 415V,50 Hz Automatic transfer switch. Dismantling and reinstallation of existing DVOR feeder pillar along with its rectangular MS angle foundation base from the ground i/c disconnecting of existing LT cables, providing cement concrete foundation, loading / unloading etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing DVOR Automatic transfer Switch (ATS), DBs etc. along with its all accessories i/c disconnecting of existing LT cables, loading / unloading etc. complete as required.

SITC of TPN automatic transfer switch with complete protection, 100A , 415V,50Hz, 4 Pole etc as per site requirement (Make: Havells, model : IHYFCD0100 or equivalent approved make)

SITC of 100 Amp,4 pole, 35kA rating 415V AC, MCCB in suitable MS enclosure i/c R,Y,B indication lamps incomer side, cables/wires connection complete etc. as required.

Supply of ISI marked 2mm thickness 3.3Kv Electrical Insulation mat conforming to IS 15652:2006 , CPRI certified suitable for all voltages not exceeding 3.3 Kv having minimum width of 1000mm.

SITC of Three Phase neutral Surge Protection Device (SPD), type 2 , 4 module, 3P+ N with inbuit MCB having Maximum discharge current 100kA (8/20 us)), impulse current 8KA(10/350 us) with protection level of 0 - 1.5 KV including all accessories, conforming to IEC 61643-11, Cat No. AUSP123PN100, Make : L & T or equivalent as per AAI approved make list.

SITC of Single Phase neutral Surge Protection Device (SPD), type 1+ 2 , 2 module, 1P+ N with inbuit MCB having Maximum discharge current 50kA (8/20 us)), impulse current 12.50KA (10/350 us) with protection level of 0 - 1.5 KV including all accessories, conforming to IEC 61643-11, Cat No. AUSP121PN50, Make : L & T or equivalent as per AAI approved make list.

SH:III- Cable laying

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in existing RCC/HUME/METAL/DWC HDPE pipe etc as required.

a) Above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 Sq mm

b) Above 95 Sq.mm and upto 185 Sq mm

c) Up to 35 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in masonnary open duct etc as required.

a) Above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 Sq mm

b) Above 95 Sq.mm and upto 185 Sq mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

a) Above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 Sq mm

c) Upto 35 Sq.mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete as required.

Laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and Laying of 120 mm dia HDPE pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (upto 6 meter below ground level) in all type of soil, coupling of pipe, etc complete as per site requirement in all respect.

Laying and fixing of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling and making the same surface etc. as required.

SH:IV- Earthing and LA

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3.15 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 3 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 2 mtr long copper tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick copper base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of Medium class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 10 metres length along the pole for Lightning arrester installation including base plate , nut bolts , washer etc complete as required.

Providing joints by using brazing technique on 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections to another copper earth strip for interconnection to all earth's of Lightening Arrestors, counterpoise , Equipment and Electrical power supply earthing etc. as required.

SH:V- SITC of Airconditioning

Supply of 1.5 TR Eco-friendly refrigerant Split Inverter Air Conditioner of having nominal cooling capacity 1.5/4500, 5 Star BEE rating, conforming to IS:1391 with copper coil, 5 years warranty on compressor and 1 year warranty on machine etc. complete as required.​

Supply and fixing of smart controller / Timer with 4 hr / 8 hr duration, 25A capacity, having OV & UV indication / protection suitable for AC power supply 240 V, 50 Hz. etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 1.5 TR Eco-friendly refrigerant Split Inverter Air Conditioner etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of prefabricated MS Stand for outdoor unit i/c foundation complete etc. as required.

Providing of extra refrigerant piping, cabling (More than standard length), insulating with foam between indoor and outdoor units etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of extra drain CPVC / UPVC pipe for condensate water from indoor unit to nearest drain point etc. as required.

Dismantling the existing 1.5Tr/2Tr split type AC completely from existing DVOR building in the operational i/c loading / unloading to the AAI store etc. complete as required.

SITC of Dehumidifier with extraction capacity minimum 30 liters/day , in-built tank capacity minimum 6 Liters and provision of drain pipe etc. complete as required.
