Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FRLS' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex/ Havells/KEI approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FRLS' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, with drop Concealed type if reqd as per direction of EIC to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/Perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175 mm x 100 mm x 65 mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish. Average run 10 mtr

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 2 x 6A, plug socket with separate 2 x 6 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 240 x 200 x 65 mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 1 x 20A, plug socket with separate 20 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F150 x 100 x 65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite /perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 3 nos. 6A, & 1 no. 20A plug socket with separate 3 nos. 6 A & 1 no. 20A Piano key type switch with indicator & 16A kit-kat flush type fuse (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 240 x 200 x 65 mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required ( Computer Board ).

2 x 2.5 sqmm + 1 x 1.5sqmm (for Couputer board)

2 x 4 sqmm + 1 x 2.5sqmm (for AC Machine )

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. as per G S (1.5 sq mm)

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc as per G.S.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

Supplying of 1.1 KV Grade following sizes Al. Armoured PVC/ XLPE Cable ( Make : Havells/ Glostar/ KEI/PWD Approved ) as per direction of EIC ( 4 core 70 sqmm ( from Panel to UPS )

Laying of cable from 4core 50 sqmm to 90 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 core 70 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials . 4 core 70 sqmm

Supplying & Fixing 2' x 2' recess mounted LED lumineries made in CRCA sheet metal with wide light window and also with an opaque acrylic diffuser for a spot less and vgrade free uniform lighting and the fitting complete with all accessories to Crompton make Cat no - LCTLRP-36-FO-CDL 2 x 2 PLR 18-42 watt LED (with 5 years warranty) 36 watt corresponding to Wpro/Bajaj/Havells as per direction of EIC

Supply & Fixing of 250V 50 HZ OLP- 30A single phase A.C Starter ( Make -Electron, / PWD Appvd ) suitable for 1.5 / 2.0 TR Airconditioner Machine incl S & F suitable size G I box (16 SWG) flushed in wall with voltage check, Amp check, Time check incl. making connection as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of 250 V AC timers fixed on wall with flat iron frame as per direction of EIC and the Box shuld be comprising with the following accessorise --- i) Double-door SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection 10 / 12 way Enclosureas reqd . Installation, Testing & commissioning of 1.5/2.0 Tr. Split type AC both indoor/ outdoor unit incl. S& F of 40 X 40 X 5 mm MS angle iron frame for installation of ODU and sealing of the holes in wall created during the copper pipe connection between IDU & ODU by proper sand-- cement plastering and painting (both inside and outside) to match up with the original finish mending good the damages to complete the instn as per direction of EIC

S& F laying of - (i) gauge copper pipe 5/8" 0.7 mm thick for suction (ii) copper pipe 1/4" 0.6 mm thick for discharge (OEM make) with 9 mm thick thermal insulation foam nitrile / rubber / K Flex / Accroflex with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the holes & damages as directed by EIC. (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.)

S& Laying 3 core 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper cable (make-- Finolex/Havells/KEI) for 1.5/2 Tr. Split AC machine (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.) with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance as per direction of EIC.

S & F of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, High quality sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fabrication & fixing of MS 8 mm road & 25 mm MS flat with necy. welding, screws and lugs with each other 25 x 25 x 5 mm MS angle support with necy. making of frame structure with necy. Two nos hinged arrangement with hatch bolt arrangement with shutter lock (3 key) 2 nos at least for each installation with necy. grouting arrangement on wall by anchoring by 25 x 25 x 5 mm MS angle at least 5" on wall with necy. painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of RO primer with necy. direction of EIC. (For Outdoor units of split AC Machines (for protection)
