Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres 1:3:6 or richer mix lead

Providing and laying of cement concrete 1:3:6 with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregates but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc complete. (including all lead lift and carriages)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60x60cm

Providing and fixing aliminum partition including frames , doors, Panelling and all other required asseceseries involved during the porcess complete in all respects

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of areas 2.5sqm and under including cutting the patch in propper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surfaces of walls in 1:4 mix complete job.

Removing of dry or oil bound distemper ,water proofing cement paint and like by scrapping , sand papering the surface smooth including nacessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturing of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats on new works over an under coat of suitable shape with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
