Removing the vegetation grown on the fallen wall and all along the inside wall including disposing the vegetation away from the site, loading, unloading, transportation charges, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Disposing the debris away from the site of dismantled wall and inside the wall to a distance of 20 to 25kms including loading, unloading, leveling and clearing the area, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Restoration work of old compound wall by dismantling/clearing fallen and existing out of plumb wall on northern side of Se’ Cathedral Church including stacking the useful materials for re-use, constructing with the 10% available stones (available stones are decayed/damaged and missing at many places) and 90% new stones in lime mortar 1:1:1 – 1lime: 1surkhi: 1river sand above ground level and foundation in CM 1:4 including carrying materials, pointing, providing stone coping, etc complete. - dismantling of damaged laterite stone masonry wall by carefully removing stones with suitable tools for reuse of the laterite stone including stacking, disposal of unserviceable material to a distance more than 4-5 km etc. complete. as directed by site incharge.

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil including dressing of sides, ramming of bottom and getting out the excavated soil and disposal of the same away from the site, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Providing laterite rubble soling of 0.15m thick including carrying materials, ramming, consolidating, watering, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Laying PCC bed in 1:3:6 – 1cement: 2river sand: 6coarse aggregate of 0.20m thick including carrying materials, curing, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Construction of boundary wall in laterite stone masonry as per origin in lime mortar 1:1:1 – 1lime: 1surkhi: 1river sand including dressing, carrying and lifting materials, curing, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Attending Pointing the laterite stone masonry wall in lime mortar 1:1:1 – 1lime:1surkhi:1river sand including carrying materials, curing, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Laying Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for the column footing and column including mixing, carrying materials, curing, etc. complete. as directed by site incharge.

Centering and shuttering and removal of form for the column of the gate etc. as directed by site incharge.

Fixing gate in pillars of Cement Concrete, preparing gate by using GI pipe 1 ½” dia, 16 mm square bar @ 10 cm c/c with MS flat patti 40 x 5 mm, providing MS readymade arrow as spikes at top of the gate two-leaves and fixing the gate in position, providing GI sheet for the gate frame, fixing pipe bush hinges 2”, tower bolt, plates, aldrop for locking arrangement including cutting, welding, preparing the gate frames to the required size and fixing the same, etc. complete. as directed by site incharge.

Erection and dismantling of tubular scaffolding including loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, transportation charges, with necessary safety measures etc. complete. as directed by site incharge.

Carefully removing the existing shabby paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Applying Colour wash of required shade in two coats for the exterior wall surface etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

Pointing the laterite stone masonry northern wall in lime mortar 1:1:1 – 1lime:1surkhi:1river sand including carrying materials, curing, etc complete. as directed by site incharge.

De-plastering the loose/dead bulged out fallen plaster of the wall of 40mm thick including raking of masonry joints carefully, disposal of the waste away from the monument etc. complete. as directed by site incharge.

Re-plastering in lime mortar mixed with molasis & Kaddukai (1 lime: 1 River sand: 1 Surkhi) of 40mm thick in two coats for the wall surface with the neeru finish by slaked lime including preparation of mortar, mixing, curing, etc. complete. as directed by site incharge.
