ABOUT THE COMPANY- Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) is one of the leading Oil Refining and Marketing companies in India. The company produces a diverse range of products, from petrochemicals and solvents to aircraft fuel and specialty lubricants and markets them through its wide network of Petrol Stations, Kerosene Dealers, LPG Distributors and Lube Shoppe’s. 2. Type of Tender: Limited 3. You are invited to submit your offer as Bids through BPCL E-procurement Portal in Two-part (Techno-commercial and Price Bid) for the job as per specifications and terms & conditions contained in this tender document. 4. OBJECTIVE OF TENDER: The objective of this tender is to invite bids from bidders for the job of sub-station manning and Electrical Maintenance at LPG Bottling plant, Haldia as per specifications and scope of work. 5. This tender document consists of the following Annexures and formats: Sl. The bidders have to mandatorily submit duly signed copies of required documents as per Tender Conditions, all above Annexures and Formats and no excuse shall be entertained. Bid submitted without the above duly signed and stamped documents will be rejected at bid qualification stage itself. 7. Successful bidders will be issued LOA (Letter of Acceptance) by BPCL Haldia LPG Bottling Plant. The successful bidders shall be required to accept the LOA and send back acknowledged copy duly signed and stamped on all pages by bidder’s authorized signatory within 7 days of receipt of such LOA. 8. If the LOA acknowledgement is being sent through email, the email ID must be the email ID registered by the vendor in BPCL Vendor Master. Page 2 of 3 9. Subsequently, the successful bidder shall be required to enter into a formal agreement within 30 days from date of issue of LOA. Suitable format of the memorandum of agreement has been included in the General Conditions of Contract and same shall be signed by should be signed by (i) Director* / Others* in case of a Limited Company (ii) All / any Partner * in case of Partnership Firm (iii) the Proprietor in case of Proprietary Firm. (* Supported by valid Power of Attorney from the Undertaking). 10. Till such time, this LOA along with the tender document will together constitute the agreement and the understanding between the parties here to as to the subject there of and shall supersede any other discussion held or correspondence exchanged. 11. Please note that till the time a formal agreement is signed as specified above, the payments shall not be released. Hence, successful bidder(s) are advised to initiate and complete the process of formal agreement at the earliest. 12. Offers should strictly be in accordance with the scope of work, tender terms & conditions and our specifications. Bidders are requested to carefully study all the documents/ annexures and understand the conditions, specifications, drawings etc. before submitting the tender and quoting the rates. 13.
