Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agregate) avg 50 mm thick in floors, roofs etc., (for roof padding) finished even and fair using water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortor and removing debris off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane mineral finish, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, side lap & end lap 15 cm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finished all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufacturer's.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick cement screed in CM (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound FOSROC's complast 421 IC or equivalent @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR or equivalent cement slurry for roof slab/ floor complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc., and hoisting if required and capacity of tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs refixing in position (cleaning, repairing etc measured separately) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, kneelers, apex stones etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing unserviceable debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair face of stone/brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation for new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of antifungal paint (Apex Ultima) over a coat primer all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall including preparation of old surfaces, applying wall care putty on the surfaces of walls, making surface even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc., and applying one coat of alkali resistant primer and two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper on walls all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid coloured cermaic tiles 7 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc.., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 6-7 mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering layer/ backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required & pointing in CM (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc; & cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc.& making good, cutting exc 10cm girth but n.exc 20 cm grith in brick wall all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old rusted unserviceable GI water tubing 15mm dia with all fittings and depositing to MES store yard /contractor's yard complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and as directed.
