Material and labour for TPN distribution board, 415 volts , 50 Hz, 04 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, vertical double door type, IP 43 suitable up to Amps 4 pole MCBTPM as incoming and MCB SP as outgoings, fixed flush in wall and making good all disturbed surfaces in all respects and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN , 240 volts, 10 KA, characteristics 20 Amps complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 240 volts, 10 KA, C-Series 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing ,testing commissioning heavy duty Wall mounted air circulating turbo force fan of size 450 mm sweep,230 volts 50Hz,0.9 power factor ,1440 RPM motor speed, single phase,revesable rotation including suitable mounting bracket for fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note -1.Making hanging arrangement in wall of appropriate size to fix Bolts, giving suitable shape and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar plastering in CM 1:3 and matching with existing surface etc are deemed to included in quoted rates.

M&L for providing earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to 4 mm dia GI wire by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washer of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Pt-I, connected to earthing main switch board/main board including necessary earthwork PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 chamber, precast RCC cover using XPM weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sq m in lieu of CI cover, 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 15 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for protection of earth lead etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable of size 10 Sq mm 4 core with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and providing cable route indication as required complete all as specified and directed of following sizes Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items.(ii) Cable connection and testing should be done by contractor and including in rates.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying cable/pole foundation/stay assembly and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed.Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

M&L for laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old laid dried complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay/fix along wall/pole GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including taking down old U/S pipe complete all as specified and directed

Fabricate supply install test and commissioning of Bus bar box out door type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof floor mounting with hinged doors and locking arrangement front and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet including powder coated paint finish including all accessories, provision independent removevable MS plates for fixing cable glands for all incomming and out going cables and complete control wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor . the size of busbar box minimum not less than 900 mm x 900 mm x 600 mm with 3 Nos cable glands for outgoing (as per CPRI approved manufacturer) incuding necessary PCC foundation as per drawing complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rates deemed to be included for suitable lugs and glands for incoming and out going of LT UG cable. (ii) The Contractor Shall submit the drawing with sample of accessories for approval before executing the work.
