Taking down carefully existig copper / aluminium point wiring for light / fan / bell / socket 5/15 Amp points complete with fitting and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, holders and bracket fittings with battens / conduits / wires and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and roofs etc.and to match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L with replacment of flame proof submain wiring in ERW conduit with three single core cable (FR) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade copper conductor multi strranded of size 6 Sqmm including of one run earth wire of 4 Sqmm to be drawn in ERW Stove enammelled black rigid conduit ISI marked. All flame proof conduit accessoried such as tee, bend, elbow, junction box all as spefied and directed

Supply and fixing of flameproof cum waterproof LED high bay light light fitting 120/150 watt, IP66 protection of cast Aluminium alloy mterial heat resistant , toughened clear glass having anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Installation Height of Light is more than 5 meter , All T&P required to complete the job will arrange by contrator .

M&L for in replacement Flame proof LED Flood light made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, Potted driver, IP66 protection, including LED lamps of 120/150 Watt and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring for one light point or one socket point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in In ERW stove enamelled conduit fixed on surface of walls/ceilings as directed and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core FRLS, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly / fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Point wiring shall be executed with using existing conduits and junction boxes but contractor’s quoted rates for the above item is deemed to include the cost of fixing the existing conduits and junction boxes in position properly as per site requirement and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Wiring shall be terminated and connected to the relevant switch / controlling switch gear and relevant fittings / sockets all as directed and controlling switch / fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.

All as per ser item 1 but for 3 pin 15Amp socket outlet independent with PVC unsheathed, multistrand copper conductor of 2.5 Sqmm and continuous PVC insulated and unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand as earth wire.

Supplying & Fixing flameproof distribution board 6 way Triple pole & neutral in LM-6 metal enclosures with and including supplying & fixing 01 No MCBs Triple pole and neutral 32 Amps & 18 Nos MCBSigle Pole MCB up to 6 to 10 Amps Amps `C’ series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

S & F in replacment flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V, weather proof, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacment flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 2 pole + earth suitable for 250 volts supply and current rating of 16 Amps complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with copper plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 3.5 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead copper wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of Copper earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to spoxsed steel surfaces. excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009)

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 35.0 Sqmm, 3.5-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/stays/cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer each not exc. 25 cm thick in a soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid Flat in trenches over the cable with length 250mm perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/ abutting each other complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.
