Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board, 415 Volts, 3 Phase & 4wire system, cubical outdoor type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable alley protected with bakelite sheet between bus bar & cable alley with front side shutters with locking arrangement, including TPN Aluminium bus bar insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeve of rating should be 600 Amps and bus bar chamber covered both side using bakelite sheet partition and wire mesh to the back side of cable alley for the protection purpose . The TPN bus bar shall be mounted on F class insulators with intervals not more then 500 mm. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as incoming/outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm properly welded with 45 CM long 04 legs of angle iron 50x50x6 mm using 3 mm thick CRCA sheet corners to all legs and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of Aluminum lugs and suitable size of chrome plated brass double compression glands provided for incoming and out-going cables comprising the following :-.( Note:-All type Test Certificates and Design varification with switch gears ( ACB & MCCB) as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job.)

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtr and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete as directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable). Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long)compleate all as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in foundation, filling and mass concrete using necessary form work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in foundation, filling and mass concrete using necessary form work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item srl No 02 but in depth beyond 1.5 Mtr and n. exc 3.00 Mtr and taking out in any type of soil.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, coping/ plinth to electric poles and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and painting the same as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Supplying fixing in repair connecting and testing of energy saving & environment friendly LED street light made out of pressure die cast anodised aluminium with toughened glass cover housing, 70/72 watts LED to achieve electrical safety class 1, CRI>70 colour temperature 5000k to 6000k with LED working life time >50000 burning hours with integrated constant current electronic driver, nominal volatge 240V, AC,50 Hz, operating voltage range 120-280V, suitable for ambient environmental condition of station, TDH<10%,, Pf >0.95, lumens >80 lm/W, Ingress protection not less than IP65, driver and luminaire shall comply not less than LM-79 or IS 16106 of 2012and making connections with cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 3 core , stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed , 1100 Volts grade for making connections to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring in any type of soil under road 1.5 Mtr below the top surface of road by conventional method complete for passing through 40mm to 100mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Pipe will be measured and paid for separatily. Any damage to existing cables of any type will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

S&F FRP pole mounting type junction box factory made of size 300x200x105mm with front openable hinged door , locking arrangements, with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 40 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulator, cable glands and lugs consisting DIN type rails for fixing MCB SP 6/10 Amps, 10 kA, suitable for domestic loading -01 no. including mild steel flat iron clamp made out of 40x4mm FI, nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including taking down old box all as specified.(MCB shall not be measured and paid separately and shall deemed included in the unit rate).

M& L for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 600 x 600x6 mm thick , buried directly under ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No 3 on Sl. Page 19-497 of MES schedule 2009 part I and connected to existing equipment/system, including all necessary excavation & earth work in hard/dense soil, common salt and charcoal dust mixed & packed 150 mm thick homogeneous layer all around the GI earth plate, GI protection pipe 40mm light grade upto 7.5 meter from electrode complete all as specified & shown on drawings with watering pipe medium grade 20mm dia ,GI sheet funnel with wire mesh ,RCC precast cover 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with TMT bar 8mm dia at the rate of 150mm centre to centre both ways with suitable lifting handle ,pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ,Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm nominal bore GI pipe brackets made out of light grade pipe of required length not less than 1.50 M duly bended and fabricated to 120 Degree to shape consisting adapter (where required ) to suit the opening of street light fitting, mounting brackets made out of 350 mm long or higher mild steel FI 40x6 mm required shape ( two Nos per GI pipe brackets ) duly fitted with 4 nos Mild steel bolts 10mm dia ,50mm long with nut and washers to poles etc. and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zn chrome primer; complete all as specified.
