SCHEDULE A PART - I (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR EXISTING WATER PUMPS)

Annual maintenance Contract for Centrifugal Pumps (15HP to 30HP) installed at 46 Assam Rifles alongwith its connected works with qtrly visting with following works (a) Every Machine shall be serviced/checked at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, Engr-in- charge location. (b) Quarterly Preventive maintainance shall include at least the fwg services: (c) Replacement of Coupling if found damaged. unusable. (d) Check pump bearing if found damaged./ unusable etc (e) Checking pump bushing,wear ring, bearing cover, suction nozle (f) Checking of impellers and sleeves. (g) Checking of motor winding , electrical connection and bearing of motor (h) Checking any type of electrical starter (j) Checking of the motors fans (k) Replacement of any component of pumps (Pump,Motor and electrical connections etc) found defective after the abvoe checks and tests.

The spares replaced of Centrifugal Pumps (15HP to 30HP) under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid OEM tax invoice if same company spare not avl in Market then spares will be paid on company invoice with 15% Contractor profit. SCHEDULE A PART - IV (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR EXISTING GEYSER) Annual maintenance Contract for Geyser installed at 46 Assam Rifles alongwith its connected works with qtrly visting with following works - (a) Every Machine shall be serviced at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the Geyser shall be maintained. (b) Replacement of heating Element . (c) Replacement of indicator. (d) Replacement of Geyser fitting as per requirements. (e) Replacement of switch, socket & wiring as per requirements.

The spares replaced of Geyser under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid OEM tax invoice if same company spare not avl in Market then spares will be paid on company invoice with 15% Contractor profit. (a) Geyser with existing items as per Engr-in-charge.

SCHEDULE A PART - V (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR EXISTING DG SETS) Annual maintenance Contract for DG Sets ( 62.5Kva to 125Kva) installed at 46 Assam Rifles alongwith its connected works with qtrly visting with following works - (a) Every Dg Sets shall be serviced/checked at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the DG set shall be maintained. (b) Quarterly Preventive maintainance shall include at least the fwg services: (c) Checking of all type of filter, fan belt and Coupling if found damaged./ unusable. (d) Check DG set bearing if found damaged./ unusable etc (e) Checking/Cleaningof fuel pump, injector, fuel pipe, Head valve, fly wheel etc. (f) Checking of alternators. (g) Checking of electrical panel connection and 12V battery (h) Checking any type self starter (j) Checking of the DG set fans and raditor (k) Replacement of any component of DG Sets found defective after the abvoe checks and tests.

The spares replaced of DG Sets ( 62.5Kva to 125Kva) under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid OEM tax invoice if same company spare not avl in Market then spares will be paid on company invoice with 15% Contractor profit. SCHEDULE A PART - VI (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR EXISTING TRANSFORMER) Annual maintenance Contract for Transformer ( 500Kva) installed at 46 Assam Rifles alongwith its connected works with qtrly visting with following works - (a) Every Transformer shall be serviced/checked at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the DG set shall be maintained. (b) Quarterly Preventive maintainance shall include at least the fwg services: (c) Checking of all type of HT and LT insulater. (d) Check thimle if found damaged./ unusable etc (e) Checking/Cleaning of oil sump of transformer. (f) Checking of winding connection (g) Checking of electrical panel connection (h) Checking any type connected gang operated device (j) Checking of the tapper connection (k) Replacement of any component of transformer found defective after the abvoe checks and tests.

The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid OEM tax invoice if same company spare not avl in Market then spares will be paid on company invoice with 15% Contractor profit. SCHEDULE A PART - VII (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR EXISTING WATER COOLER) Annual maintenance Contract for Water Coolers installed at 46 Assam Rifles Kakching alongwith its connected works with qtrly visting with following works - (a) Every Machine shall be serviced at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the Geyser shall be maintained. (b) Checking of existing fan . (c) Checking of indicator. (d) Checking of water coolers storage tank and compreser as per requirements. (e) Checking of drain pipe switch, socket & wiring as per requirements. (f) Checking /repair of fan motor/ pump with connection pipe
