Construction of Boundary wall

Concrete with 4cm. gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work..

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:5:3 excluding its fixing and binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. and also including S/o all materials required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. P/L R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 in footing & foundation with 20mm stone aggregate.

M - 150 Brick work in 1:6 ( 1 Cement & 6 Coarse sand) in Foundation & Plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P. for proper completion of the work.

P/L RCC work in 1:1.5:3 in Plinth/Grade beam with 20mm stone aggregate.

P/L R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 in Column with 20mm stone aggregate

P/L R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 in Lintel/Top beam with 20mm stone aggregate.

M - 150 Brick work in 1:6 ( 1 Cement & 6 Coarse sand ) in Super Structure including supply of all materials, labour and T & P. for proper completion of the work. For 230mm thick wall.

4cm thick Plain cement concrete flooring with cement, approved coarse sand & 20mm Graded approved stone grid laid in Panels finished with 3mm flooring coat of neat cement or cement & marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including uniform finish including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc required for completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 6 part of approved coarse sand minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials all labour and T & P. for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 4 part of approved coarse sand (Of 1.25 fineness modulus) over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials all labour and T & P. for proper completion of the work.

Extra for labour & materials over rough face wall/ half brick thick wall

Laying CC Road slab in 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 Stone aggrigate 20mm) over prepared subgrade after its rectifications and bringing it to proper camber and including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work finished to required templete as directed by E/I. but excluding cost of material required for rectification of the subgrade.
