NON DRIVE END Charges for removing the pulley, rotating diode assembly, exciter rotor and Stator assembly as per Technical Specification.
NON DRIVE END Charges for cleaning, servicing and applying varnish coating, baking and replacing all the six diodes 150 LM 120 - 3 Nos. & 150 LMR 120 - 3 Nos. in the rotating diode assembly with suitable insulators and studs as per Technical Specification.
DRIVE END Charges for removal of spider coupling and end covers on both sides and threading out the alternator rotor from the Stator assembly as per Technical Specification.
DRIVE END Charges for removal of accumulated dust particles of the stator & rotor as per Technical Specification.
DRIVE END Charges for removal of both drive end and non drive end bearings as per Technical Specification.
Charges for replacing of new bearing Drive End Bearing NU 326 MC4 and Non Drive End Bearing 6326 C3 of SKF make or equivalent FAG make shall be replaced by the firm as per Technical Specification.
Charges for Dynamic balancing of the rotor.
