Dismantling / Taking out existing brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and leveled as directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surface over roof slabs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with waterproofing compound finished even ad smooth using extra cement to receive roof treatment all as specified and directed. (waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only waterproofing compound

M&L for SIKA W-1 (red or grey powder) polymer modified cementitious adhesive over prepared concrete surface with mixing ratio of 8.75 ltrs of clean water per 30 kg bag of SIKA BIT W-1 with consumption of 2-3 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge

M&L SIKA BIT W-15 1. mm thick (with 10% variation) double sided modified bitumen water proofing membrane consisting of cross laminated PE film and two modified bitumen layers covered wit transparent release liners complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chrge

M&L disconnecting existing water tanks of size exc.2000 &n exc.10000 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs and cleaning and hoisting i required reconnecting and refixing in position (cleaning and repairing measured separately)

All as per item no 6 above but of size exc.1000 & not exc 2000 ltr

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of size exc 2000 & exc 10000 ltr

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of size exc 1000 & not exc 2000 ltr

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

S&F Fe410W (Gde E-250) quality A stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, handrails etc including cleats, brackets, etc complete

M&L for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide inc chrome including preparation of new steel surfaces of any desc exc 10cm width or girth complete and all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Completed all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surface or in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L rendering 10mm thick on brick walls or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 3mm thick wall care putty on wall

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors, roof slab and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.
