PART-I (BUILDING WORKS)

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/ arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for nominal mix concretes 1:2:4 type B-O(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roof finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick cement paster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2 % by weight of cement finised even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surface when concreate is green and wall complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only).

Cutting grooves in brick/ concrete wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove and making good disturbed surface in CM 1:3 after inserting APP membrane (Chasing shall be cut where height of parapet wall is more than 300mm.) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Surface Preparation: The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkage compensated Repair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the liquid applied membrane. (a) Grout: Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the construction joint and cracked portion at 1m c/c by injecting cement slurry mixed with dual shrinkage compensated cementitious grout Injection grout additive, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with instant setting cement. Angle fillets/Coving: Providing and making of fillet, 50mm x 50mm on sharp corner of terrace with cement sand polymer mortar (add “multipurpose mortar”, 10% by weightofcement). First apply the bonding coat of Multi-Purpose Polymer 5-10% diluted in water and add to cement slurry. Apply the bonding slurry and apply the polymer mortar over the sharp edges. Note: Grouting will be done when and where ever required.

(b) Treatment of pipe entry points: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flowable non shrink cement polymer based grout up to the surface of the bore while the bonding agent is in tacky state. the periphery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU Sealant or dual shrinkage compensated Micro concrete Note: Will be done when and where ever required (c ) Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3(Resin:Hardner) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Podium area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg /sq.mt. (Note: Contractor is required to deposit 100% CA quantity to the Engr-in-Charge, within 15 days of acceptance of contract.”

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of cement plaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in ready mix cement mortar 1:4 using WPC @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth as on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall, applying 2 mm thick wall care putty to finish smooth wall surfaces and applying acrylic exterior paint (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm) of shade approved over and including exterior primer @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm using roller for painting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall by applying 2 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of primer using roller for painting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying THREE COAT OF WHITE WASH using roller for painting complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural/framed steel work of any description as in purlin, rafter,grills, grating & doors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete colour tiles glossy finish size 300mmx300mmx25 mm thick, with colour pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness infloors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Pre Polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and over with and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Pre Polished Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over including rubbing and polishing complete and over with and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub-base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store andd rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/ rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set & jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/ rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc. set & jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350X250X7mm/450mm x 350mm x 7mm on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over with and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick black granite stone slab machine cut in skirting/dado, cooking platform, jams, pillars, windows cills and the like laid over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs two edge full round, such as in steps,cooking platform and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames of door/ window with shutters (Without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.50 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for providing and fixing of Eco-4000 Series window, ventilator fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated /powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 'D' quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/Sqm) with total coated thickness of 0.60 mm Paint specifications : Coated Sections should be coated with primer Coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with Polyster paint of 12-16 micorns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns, or Powder Coated with pure Polyster Powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Dimensions of Sections : Sections for Frame of 72mm x 50mm, Section for Mullion of size 72mm x 50mm, Section for Shutter Frame of size 47mm x 20mm, Section for Frame Glass Beads of 12mm x 12mm, and Section for Fly mesh of 40mm x 20mm. Fixing Details : Section for Frame Glazed Shutters and Mesh Shutters should be cut to length and miter joined with Polypropylene Corner Brackets, Mullion Section should be joined to the Frame/Mullion using Nylon Cap.
