Providing and applying ready mixed wall putty (JK / Birla) of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitionswith extruded built up standard tubularsections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming toIS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dashfasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps atjunctions , i.e at top, bottom and sideswith required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasketetc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointedmechanically wherever required includingcleat angle, aluminium snap beading forglazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainlesssteel screws , all complete as perarchitectural drawings (Glazing, panelingand dash fasteners to be paid forseparately) - for fixed portion - Powdercoated aluminium (minimum thickness ofpowder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours ,shades of size 200 x 300 mm as approved in skirting , risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm,including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 200x300 mm

Providing and fixing 8 mm tk pre laminated cement bonded particle board in panelling fixed in aluminium doors,windoews,shutters and parttion frame with CP brass/Stainless Steel screws etc., complete as per drawings prelaminated particle board with decorative laminations on both sides

Providing and fixing outlet assembly of Niagar/ Cardiff/ Indus/ Kalahai brand or Equalent ) with manually controlled device (SYPHON) in flushing cistern of EWC complete with all fittings and fixture.
