PART A BITUMINOUS WORK Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Cement Treated Base Grade-IIIProviding, laying and speading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread materaial manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base. as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M- 150 bricks 7 cm. wide, 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/ Bituminous surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Patri work) Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106.
