Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI : 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and Installation of M.S Fabricated Portable cabin of size 65’ x 30’ x 10’ with bottom frame made up of 100 X 50 mm MS ISMC-Section, Bottom stiffener shall be made up of 100 X 50 mm MS ISMC-section, and connections shall be made out of 80 X 40 X 4 mm & 50 X 50 X 3.6 mm MS tubular sections, the Top Frame shall be made up of 50 X 50 X 3.6 mm MS Tubular Sections, Top Stiffeners shall be made out of 50 X 50 X 3.6 mm , 25 X 50 X 3.2 mm and 25 X 25 X2.6 mm MS Tubular Sections, Side Wall Corner Post shall be made up of 50 X 50 X 3.6 mm MS Tubular Sections and the wall Stiffeners shall be made up of 25 X 50 X 3.2 mm MS Tubular Sections. The four corners shall be provided with 6mm welded hooks sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and shifting. The external walls shall be made from specially corrugated 1.2 mm thick(G.I) sheet welded on MS frame and the internal walls shall be made from 18 mm thick particle board with all vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with MS section & Angles. The Roof shall be self-draining type and made up of 1.2mm thick MS sheet properly sloped & water tight including anti-rust protection. Bottom flooring shall be of 18 mm thick V-Board i.e. Cemented bonded fiber sheets. It shall be fixed by means of self taping screw & overlayed with 1.5mm thick PVC vinyl Carpet which shall be water, termite & dimensional proof.

The false ceiling shall be provided with 9mm thick Particle board & all vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with MS Sections & L angles. There shall be sufficient number of windows and ventilators openings having dimension 4'X3'and 1.5'X1.5' respectively as per drawing. All the window openings to be provided with Aluminium sliding shutters having double shutter, powder coated aluminium window frames with 4mm thick glass and Ventilator shall be aluminium louvers type. All the openings shall have a safety grills & rain guard on the top. The Main door (6.5’X 3’) shall be made up of corrugated M.S. Sheet of 1.2mm thickness, standard hatch bolt fitted inside and outside along with rain guard and door lamp and the door shutter shall be of external opening type. The Door frame shall be made up of MS tubular section of dimension 30 x 30 mm & the door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the Cabin interior with thermacol insulations including all the fittings of approved make and quality.All the external walls and roofs shall be provided with insulation of 12 mm and 25 mm thick respectively made out of Glass wool having density of 32 kg/m3. The external components of the Portable Cabin shall be painted with 1 coat of Zinc chromate primer & 2 coats of corrosion free paint i.e. synthetic epoxy paint of approved shade.The Portable Cabin shall have full partition for Conference Hall, Regional Director, Assistant Director’s office, Reception Hall, AEP section with Aluminium door and fixed half partition for PA to RD office& Work station. Ten Nos. of Work station shall be provided with pedestal of size 4'X18''X30'' as per drawings. Portable Cabin shall have 5Nos.of toilets with EWC, Basin, etc of suitable size including all fixtures & fittings as per approved make list .A pantry with Granite Top and SS Sink with all necessary fittings shall be provided as per attached drawings and specifications.

All Electrical wiring shall be of concealed type and shall be Fr-LSH PVC insulated copper wires of ISI standard, suitable for 220-240 volt, 50 Hz single phase AC power supply. Cables for wiring shall be provided as per requirement and load calculations. There will be 1No.of Main Switch board, 02 Nos. of 32 Amps MCB, 30 Nos. LED light fittings, 2 Nos. Bulk Head door light, 12 nos. Cabin Fans including sufficent Nos. of switch board with 6 Amp modular switches and sockets as per requirement and provision of 10 Nos. Split Air Conditioner points with separate MCB ,switch and sockets shall be installed as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.( Make: TATA Steel Nest-In, Volta Green structure or equivalent) Rates to be quoted for a unit of required size and as per item description. Foundation for installation of cabin, Water supply line, Sewerage line upto cabin shall be paid extra.

The Rates inclusive of Submission of Specifications, Detail Layout and Drawings for AAI approval, Design of Steel structures, Provision of GA Drawings and Detailed Drawings along with Load Data calculations including anchor bolt and templates., Load Data for civil foundation design, civil foundation design & drawing., painting, waste management for toilets and any plumbing connection outside the building like input to overhead tank, output of all waste water to STP/any alternate facility. Supply & Installation of steel structures, wall claddings, slanting PPGI roof, doors, windows and other items as per BOQ, specification and drawings agreed including accessories. Supply and Installation of electrical items as per approved layout, Transportation of complete material as per drawings & BOQ to site. Equipment required for erection such as Scaffolding, Hydra or Cranes, Slings, Guide Ropes, Man lift, for construction activities, Design standard confirming to :

Wind Load: Basic wind speed as per Wind Zones following IS 875 Part #3(2015) Seismic Load: Earthquake resistant as per IS 1893. The structural design shall be vetted by IIT or NIT prior to submission and start of work.
