S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) below or above the ground floor, not exc 15cm thickness (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) such as in cooking platform, chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incl formwork, set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for use & waste wooden form work to soffits of suspended flat slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal/ sloping), rough finished concrete surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with sub- class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed
