Disconnecting the three phase power supply system from the starter of panel board and taking out defective submersible pump motor set 3 phase along with taking out / removing of column pipes and cable carefully and carryout with transporting to work shop for repairing purposed, after repairing / rewinding of the submersible pump motor set , jointing of cableing work and re-assembling the pump motor sytem complete and relowering in the same position of well with the help of jointing / fixing of column pipe, cable and including providing of suitable size / type of rubber jain gasket along with replacement of defected nut & bolt etc after making submersible cabling joint connection and connected with three phase power supply starter system including checking and testing of fault and rectification of fault from existing starter system complete and testing the pump motor set on load complete all as specified, of capacity/rating as under: -

NOTE:- Replacement of unserviceable items/parts shall be measured & Paid for separately under respective items of BoQ.

Opening / dismantling and taking out old unserviceable burnt out winding matrerial / defected parts from the existing submersible electric motor system of suitable capacity including providing re-winding materials with water proof copper insulated wire all as existing gauge / size / type including it connecting winding jointing material and including repair / replacement of other connected minor defected burnt out parts of motor and after reassembling it testing of system and carryout with transporting from work shop to site complete all as specified, of capacity/rating as under: -

Disconnecting the three phase power supply system from the starter of panel board and taking out defective centrifugal type pump motor set of capacity 7.5hp to 10hp 3 phase carefully and carry out with transpoting to work shop for repairing / rewinding purposed and taking out the burnt out winding from moter and rewinding with new one super enameled copper wire of existing size / gauge including provding with, insulation , varnishing, hardner etc material after re-assembling the centrifugal pump motor set complete and refixing in the same position of system and including providing of suitable size / type of of defected nut & bolt etc and making cabling connection with three phase power supply starter system including checking and testing of fault and rectification of fault from existing starter complete and testing the pump motor set on load complete as specified NOTE:- Replacement of unserviceable items/parts shall be measured & Paid for separately under respective items of BoQ.

Fully automatic star delta motor starter in sheet steel enclosure 3 phase 415 V 50 HZ relay max range 20 Amp to 32Amp, max 63 Amp load, ML2 FASD type starter as per Cat part No-SS90705 of make L & T or equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Fully automatic star delta motor starter in sheet steel enclosure 3 phase 415 V 50 HZ relay max range 28 Amp to 42 Amp max 100 Amp load , ML3 FASD type starter as per Cat part No-SS90730 complete of make L & Tor equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Dismantling and taking out existing non-clog sewage pump set form foundation including disconnecting all connections and transporting the same to workshop for purposed repairing, taking out the burnt out defected pump parts like, overhauling including shaft metaling, welding and grinding the shaft and replacing of all worn out/defective parts of pumps and making it in properly serviceable condition and re-assembling at site including refixing & reconnecting the same on original position complete of capacity/rating as under: -

Disconnecting the power supply system and taking out defective burnt out mono block electric pump motor from the foundation carefully and carry out with transporting to work shop for repairing / rewinding of pump and motar purposed and taking out the burnt out winding from motor and rewinding with new one super enameled copper wire of existing size / guage including providing with, insulation , varnishing, hardner etc material including overhauling of shaft metaling grinding and replacing of worn out defected parts of pump set after re-assembling the monoblock pump & motor set complete and refixing in the same position of system and including providing of suitable size / type of defected nut & bolt etc and making cabling connection with power supply system complete and testing the pump motor set on load complete of capacity/rating as under: -

NOTE: The unit rate shall be include for minor spares parts such as bolts, nuts wahers, oil seal, gasket, oiling, greasing, fans etc as required seviceable for pump.

Disconnecting the three phase power supply from the LT panel and taking out submersible pump motor set of any capacity alongwith column pipe and submersible cable including providing of developing of bore well with the help of air compressor machine of rating pressure capacity upto 250 PSI / 550 cfm till the bore well found sand free clear water is obtained from the bore well and all the removed blocked from the stainers pipes including opened up to the bore well depth of upto 400 feet depth after cleaning and re-assembling all the column pipe and pump with motor duly fixed with submersible cable joint & replacement of all defective nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, packings etc. & submersible cable, relowering the pump set alongwith column pipe and cable and making electrical connection complete.

NOTE FOR SERAL ITEM 1 to 12 :- Not withstanding with the provision of "Compensation for Delay' envisaged under condition 50 of IAFW-2249, General Conditions of Contracts, additional compensation @ Rs. 500/- day will be charged from contractor in case he fails to make the functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within 72 hour of receiving of complaint from the MES regarding non working above items.

PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core submersible flat cable multi stranded copper conductor wire 1100 volt grade suitable for operation of submersible pump motor set IN REPLACEMENT complete as following size:-

Power contactor, 3 pole, 415 volt AC ML2 type with NO&NC Aux contracts IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified as per L&T Cat part No-SS90701or equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Power contactor, 3 pole, 415 volt AC ML3 type with NO&NC Aux contracts IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified as per L&T Cat part No-SS90721 or equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Power contactor, 3 pole, 415 volt AC ML4 type with NO&NC Aux contracts IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified as per L&T Cat part No-SS90910 or equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Directly operated over load relay of rating capacity 20 to 32 Amp IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified as per L&T Cat part No-SS9185900E0 or equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Directly operated over load relay of rating capacity 28 to 42 Amp IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified as per L&T Cat part No-SS9185900F or equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Directly operated over load relay of rating capacity 66 to 88 Amp IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified as per L&T Cat part No-SS94137 or equivalent make as described in Appendix 'B'.

Single phase preventor VSP 2/ VSP 3 type, IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified.

GI column pipe, heavy duty as per existing sample including duly fixed flanges with hole for both ends and slot made for submersible cable complete all as specified as following size:-

MCCB TP 100 Amps, 415 Volts , 50 Hz , 16 KA including all connections and testing IN REPAIR, complate all as specified.

MCCB TP 63 Amp, 415 Volts ,50 Hz , 16 KA including all connections and testing IN REPAIR, complate all as specified.

Earthing with and including GI earth plate electrode 6 mm thick of size 600 mm x 600 mm with 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip earthing lead complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and as specified in Particular Specifications of contract, IN REPAIR.

NOTES: - (i) The unit rate includes earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (b) Factoy fabricated precast PCC pit & cover shall be fixed at least 500 mm away from earth pit. (iv) Earth resistance should not be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Digital Ammeter 0-100 Amp, 3 phase for existing panel IN REPAIR complete all as specied

Note : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
