REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP (FD-220)

S&F 12 mm thick plywood commercial type BWR grade size 1950mmx900mmx12mm thick (in one piece only) as top of the charpoy GI Pipe with mild steel Screw bolt (Machine made) of size 75 mm long, 6 mm thick with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other with washer, including removal of old unserviceable ply top complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken short rail and cutting of old long rail obtained from Srl No 1.02 to the required size for short rail including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of Old unserviceable legs of Charpoy and S&F of new legs made out of old broken short rails retrieved from item Sr No 1.03 here-in-before by cutting and threading at one end and fixing 3mm thick base MS circular plates of 55mm dia duly painted at other end as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing MS Iron Strips 08 Nos of size 50mmx6mm, 75mm long duly holed/drilled for tightening plywood and strip with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers and welded to rails of charpoys each side 02 Nos strips including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, complete all as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mmx6mmx75mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing flat MS iron 02 Nos of size 50mmx6mm thick , 900 mm long providing 02 Nos of holes /drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with long rail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts & bolts with washers on both sides of flat MS iron and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mmx6mmx900mm long is measured as one unit.

M&L for dismantling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI Pipe med grade 32 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of unserviceable check nut 6 mm thick suitable for 32 mm bore GI pipe charpoy of approved make complete all as specified and directed .

REPAIR TO LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL FD-1029

M&L for dismantling of existing unserviceable Handles and S&F new handles CP steel 75mm long with suitable SS screws of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable Hasp and Stapple and S&F new Hasp & staple of size 75x40x3mm thick stainless steel with suitable bolt and nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F shelves made of 1 mm thick MS sheet duly painted shape and size as specified on drg.

Denting/bending/welding, repairs of damaged parts, fixing loose shelves, scraping and complete removal of existing coat of paints filling, finishing and painting of Almirah Large steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dual shade of approved color with spray after applying a coat of red oxide primer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L dismantling of of existing unserviceable MS Butt Hinges & S&F new MS Butt Hinges with suitable MS Screws as per specification and as per drg. 75 mm long medium, quality of approved pattern complete for items srl No. 2.00, 3.00, 4.00 & 5.00 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

dismantling of existing unserviceable CP handles and S&F new CP handles of approved quality in Godrej Pattern for Srl No. 3.00, 4.00 & 5.00 as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable locks of Almirah Med/Large with shelves/large 1/2H,1/2 S and S&F new locks of approved make as specified and shown in drg.

S&F of cleats shall be made of 2 mm thick MS Steel made to shape and fix in the Almirah to support the shelves for items Srl No. 3.00, 4.00 & 5.00 complete as directed

REPAIR TO BED HARD PLY TOP STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08(R) :

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7 Ply) commercial plywood BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of SS nuts & bolts with washers without having any joints after tightening of frame by welding, shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO HEAD BOARD : Removing of unserviceable Head rest and S&F new Head rest to be made of 18 mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade duly covered with PVC beading 2 mm thick all around of size with suitable Screws with the cleats as specified on drg complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOOT BOARD : Removing of unserviceable foot rest and S&F new foot rest to be made of 18 mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade duly covered with PVC beading 2 mm thick all around of size with suitable Screws with the cleats as specified on drg complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, scraping of existing coat of paints complete filling, finishing and painting of Bed Hard steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray after applying a coat of red oxide primer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO BED HARD WITH PLY TOP ( FD-246/247) :

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed newar/ply top to be made of 12 mm thick (7 Ply) commercial plywood , BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked without having any joints, shape and size, as per drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable long rail shall be First class class hardwood well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and dead knots, shape and size, all as specified on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charger.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable short rail shall be First class class hardwood well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and dead knots, shape and size, all as specified on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charger.

HEAD REST : Unserviceable outer ply to be replaced by 3 mm thick ply wood one side teak faced and inner side commercial plywood BWR grade general purpose type confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked including teak wood beading all around and 1/2 cut 12 mm dia beading made to shape as shown on drg or directed by Engr-In-Cahrge.

FOOT REST : All as per Srl Item No. 7.04 above but foot rest.

HEAD REST : dismantling of unserviceable Head rest of Bed ply top, S&F new Head rest complete (well finished with polishing) of bed ply top along with MS angle strip of size 4'x4'x6mm, suitable type of SS screws and as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

FOOT REST : dismantling of unserviceable Foot rest of Bed ply top, S&F new foot rest complete (well finished with polishing) of bed ply top along with MS angle strip of size 4'x4'x6mm, suitable type of SS screws and as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F of MS corner bracket in right angled shape of size 4"x4", 6 mm thick with four holes duly painted with black enamel paint after applying the one coat of red oxide primer be fixed with suitable MS Screws to the bed as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

French polishing on old wood surfaces including preparation of old surfaces by mild grinding all as specified and filling of cracks with putty. (a) Wood based surfacce direct to vision with glossy shining when placed in position. (b) Color of polish will be as per user requirement or as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing coat of paint from steel parts by scraping, filling and repainting after removing the unserviceable PVC shoes, with two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved shade using spray after applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of existing coat of paint from steel parts by scraping, filling and repainting after removing the unserviceable PVC shoes, with two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved shade using spray gun after giving a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L painting of chair steel frame with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white shade paints after removing the rubber shoes and complete removal of existing coat of paint, including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TEAPOY VERANDAH. (FD- 255) :

Removing of unserviceable top of table in any position, S&F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade (ISI Marked) duly post-formed including gas welding of loose joints of existing frame before fixing the top. shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L with gas welding to broken components of steel frame so as to bring the whole unit in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by grinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting of Teapoy Veranda steel frame with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white shade after removing the rubber shoes including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING (FD/E6/MAP/12)

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair Writing and S & F new seat frame of size 500x450mm made from 12 mm thick Hot pressed Plywood with moulded polyurethane Foam 50mm thick with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr, duly upholstered with fabric of approved quality and shade, duly stitched with PVC lipping all round after tightening the existing frame by welding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. No. 14.01 but for Back of Chair Writing of size 500x450mm

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat cover of chair Writing and S & F new seat cover of size 500x450mm made from fabric of approved quality and shade, duly stitched with PVC lipping all round after tightening the existing frame by welding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair CBA steel and S & F new seat frame of size 460 x 420 mm made from commercial plywood 12 mm thick and 50 mm thick 32 D foam cushion, duly covered with cloth /rexine of approved quality and shade, duly stitched all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
