Drilling / boring (horizontally) upto 150 mm bore by penumatic tool or horizontal boring / drilling machine under the existing road (max. 10 mtr. In width) suitable for passing GI/CI/DI tubing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F (in repairs) sign board consisting of ACP of size 1.20 mtr x 0.9 mtr x 2 mm thick for pasting of high intensity prizmatic sheet (in blue colour & letter in white of approved size) with angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm thick fixed on both side of MS channel two Nos of size 100 x 50 x 5 mm thick by using suitable size of machine screw all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note :-(i)The top level of board should be fixed 1.65 meter high from ground level Near Pump house area along with proper fixing with foundation of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 graded stone aggregate Size 300 x 300 x 600 mm) location will be given by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) PCC & MS Channel are deemed to be incluided in the quoted unit rate .

M&L of two coat synthetic enamel paint on MS channel of above item srl .No-114 over one coat iron primer painting all as specified and directed by engineer- in -charge.

Taking down unserviceable / old sign board any type & any dimension all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F MS column pipe 100 mm bore both end flanged and drilled with 5.4mm wall thickness in 3 mtr length of short pieces as per site rquirement along with washer, nut, bolt, etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make of column pipe:-Jindal /Prakash Surya / Tata.

Lifting & lowering, connecting, commissioning testing of repaired submersible pump set any make and capacity 25 HP to 35 HP 3 phase 415V into borewell 300/200mm after replacement of old / unserviceable column pipe size 150 mm bore with connected items such as submersible cable, shaft, spider, sleeve etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. All type of T & P, chain pulley & tripod etc required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. The Contractor will start the lifting work with in minimum time after getting message verbally/telephonicaly by JE E/M/AGE E/M. 3. A penality of Rs. 500/- per day will be imposed to the contractor for willful delay by the Contractor side in the opinion of Engineer-in-Charge and amount will be deducted from the due payment of the Contractor.

Re-assembling, connecting and testing of submersible pumping set of capacity 25 to 35 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber packing 20mm thick consisting of 8/6" holes for 100 mm dia column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proof jointing of submersible cable size 16/25 Sqmm by jointing kit suitable size by means of jointing material & making the leak proof jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing submersible cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 16 Sqmm 3 core with standard copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.
