Excavating in post holes in hard dense soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS structural steel work, framed as in trusses, purlins, rafter, post etc. conforming to grade E-250 (Fe-410W, quality A) including shaped washers including necessary cutting required length, notching drilling, riveting and or welding or connecting with nut bolts with angle cleats, fish plat, gusset plate and also erecting in true position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incluidng necessary preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F roof sheeting prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&LPrecast cement concrete block Type C1(1:3:6)(using 20 mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid solid blocks exc 10cm width and setting in mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor 75 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles having hard rubber finish top with polymer admixtures in any pattern or design of min size 20cm x20 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and poited in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments of required colour in floors over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM mortar 1: 6 all as specified and directed

Sand filling under floor laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick spread ,levelled and rammed , watering and compacted complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigmentany shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F Joist, channel, angle ot tee sections, post fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc(cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated quality conforming to Fe 410-W(gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size (or) type of 3mm to 4mm dia wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type toany type of standards, rails, straning bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 5 to 10mm mild steel in flat, round (or) square bars, in available length FE 410 W (GDE- E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild stell screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made ) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other ,each screwed end to to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squre nut , exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick CM of 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as all specified and as directed

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and asdirected.

S&F of Fibre Glass Reinforced plastic manhole cover slabs made of thermoset polyester resin high in compressive, tensile and flexural strength with a load bearing capacity of 2.50 ton to 5.00 ton complete all as specified and as directed.
