Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam for 150mm thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers MOST 406

Providing and laying Priming coat 7Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete.

Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying Tack coat 2.00 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick Dense Bituminuous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm IRC size HBG metal 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36 mm IRC size HBG metal.0.23 cum of 2.36 mm and below metal with 53.20 kg of bitumen for premixing per sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen tipper trucks paver finisher,power rollers and all other tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 511 & 501 of MOST.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and below with 45.27kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen and5.0.3kg of shredded plastic waste for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.
