Taking down defective LED street light or Flood light or High mask light or Post top lantern LED Light of any capacity viz 10W/20W/25W/30W/60/W/200W, fitting of any type from their existing position i.e. poles or bldg or pillers or gardens and re-fixing the same after carried out repairs i.e. replacement of LED driver,SPD , PVC wire and any other necessary connecting item and making suitable for lightning purpose, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) LED driver, and SPD , 3 core cable will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.(ii) Cost of nut, bolts & washers for fixing new items is included in the unit rate of item.

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting 12 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete. (Excavation & earth work shall be measured separately)

Supply and fix in replacement Hot moulded (FRP) junction box of size 280mm x 200mm for street light pole with locking arrangement with 32 Amps, 4 way heavy duty terminal block suitable connection for three phase incoming cable three phase outgoing cable and single phase connection for light fittings with control MCB SP 10 Amps 01 Nos enclosed in thermoplastic box in closed shock proof safe IP 65, weather, vermin proof, dust and water proof complete with two number cable entry gland of standard size with suitable size mild steel clamps to fix on pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Neptune/ Hensel/ Sintex or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F 1.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed for making connections of street light from FRP junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sections shall be applied one coat of red oxide primer.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 100mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, stays & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking out old unserviceable underground LT Cable of 4/3.5 core, 10 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm form trenches/ floor/ road /pipe /along poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 6 sqmm, 2 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Disconnecting of LT supply and opening bus bar chamber / cable box chamber of outdoor / indoor LT Panel, removing of burnt out lugs, MCCB/ MCB of any capacity and size and cleaning of bus bar with CTC solutions, insulating the bus bar by taping with RYB colours, necessary nut bolts of existing size and refixing after repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : (i) Aluminium lugs of any size as per site shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) MCCB/MCB of any capacity shall be measured and paid for separately.

Note: Pole number shall be marked with white enamel paint over a base of size 20cmx20cm on prepared with two coats of black enamel paint on pole surfaces.

Supply and fix GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of MS clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Demolishing the broken earth pit chamber and constructing new earth pit chamber and PCC chamber cover only complete as per SSR Pt -I of 1996 including new wire mesh funnel all as directed.

Supplying and fixing outdoor type distribution feeder piller box 430v,3 phase,4 wire,50 hz, made out of 3.15 mm thickness CRCA sheet vermin proof IP-43 protection of size 80CMx80CMx50CM with aluminimum bas bar of rating 250 amp fixed on angle iron of size 50x50x6mm 75cm long, 30cm grouted in ground including PCC (1:2:4) and painting with synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panel size (1.0m,x1.0mx0.5m to 2.0x1.5mx0.8m) and applying spray painting with two coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of existing color for outdoor/indoor panel board, outer & inner side and scraping out the old paint surfaces of existing panel boards including white wash to panel foundation/PCC base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electroe 60 cmx60cm6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connectedto and including galvanized earth lead GI Strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI bolt/snuts/washers, protected by 40mm bore GI light grade pipe from earth plate & upto 3m long pole fixed with 2 clamp made from mild steel flat iron 32x6mm bolts, nuts, washer etc. earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15cm thick all around buttom and top of earth plate 20mm dia GI Medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover & frame PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work all as specified & shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, (Note: (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner (ii) earthing for Lightning protection is also included in the above item)

Labour and T&P for safely dismentling of existing high mast light 21 mtr long including flood lights & complete operating mechanism, and safely shifting to other place within cantt area not more than 5 KM distance including transportation with necessary T&P . Re-assembling, errection, installation fixing and made functional complete in all repect including necessary foundation work all as specified & directed by Engr-In Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED Flood light fitting of 200 Watt IP 66 aluminium housing in grey finish with clear acrylic and cast aluminium pipe mounting attachment including external SPD of capacity 10 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
