M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm deep and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen of VG 10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm and putting in premix bituminous of VG 30 as binder content by weight of total mix well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 kg/10 Sqm surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense bituminous concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) 5.5% binder content and filler by weight of total mix as per design mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanically spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete , by using mechanically power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. NOTE: (A) Mix design to be carried out as per job mix formula for adjustment of bitumen and filler content.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair solar powered road stud (Cat eyes) of size 125 x 125 mm x 20-25mm thick (60mm shank) of self illuminating flashing type having 3 Nos LED's for Bidirectional studs (flashing and non flickery) visibility minimum 1000 mm flashing rate 65-75 times per min with detachable NI-MH battery of 1-2 V to give backup at least 3-4 days from duly charged condition and it should be attached just before fixing and should not be accessible once installed made of robust aluminium die-cast housing with embossed edges for protection against billock cart iron wheels having reflection strip in addition to LED's stud form biomanchor water prooof IP-65 as per IS-12063-1987 category 2 tested satisfactorily for minimum 100 hours under rapid thermal cycling test as IEC 1215 between -40 to + 80 degree centigrade weight minimum 700 gram complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 930.00
