Disconnecting of electric connection from ceiling rose and taking down the ceiling / exhaust fan / wall mounted fan/ pedestal Fan of any size , sweep all as directed. By Engr-in-chage.

Refixing of ceiling /exhaust fan/wall mounted fan of any size and sweep also connection with ceiling rose for electric supply as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep any make after opening and cleaning the rotor , bearing and bushes by compressed air / 'K Oil and providing fresh grease to all bearings and bushes including replacement of split pins,tightening of nuts, bolts, washers etc complete and , reassembling testing for smooth functioning all as directed. by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 3 above but of exhaust fans of any make, sweep and type complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of coils of ceiling fans of size 1200/1400 mm sweep by using super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and approved quality including papering, varnishing , drying including re-assembling and testing complete all as specified as directed.

All as per item No 7 but of exhaust fan of sweep 300 mm to 450 mm

Supply & fixing the following components of size 1200/1400 mm sweep :- (a) Ball bearing No- 6201/6202,or as per existing ( Make NBC/SKF/ARC/ANT)

( b) Paper condencer 2.5 /3.15 MFD for ceiling fans & wall fans ( Make :USHA/SARDA/KELTRON /UNIVERSAL)

(c ) GM Bushing as per existing.

(d) Wire flexible twine core copper conductor of size 0.75sqmm

(e) fan hook complete with rubber rill for fixing with ceiling hook.

(f) Fan canopy set upper and lower

Supply & fixing the following components of exhaust fan of any size and make . (a ) Gun metal bushing as per existing

(b) Ball bearing as per existing size ( Make : NBC/SKF)

( c) Condencer 4 MFD for exhaust fan ( Make :USHA/SARDA/KELTRON/UNIVERSAL)

(d) Exhaust fan blades with screw as per existing make and size.

M&L for painting to ceiling fan of any make/ model and size complete with one coat of super quality synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour by spraying including preparation of old painted surfaces to remove all dust. Oil marks etc and filling cavities with fillers before painting including re-writing of MES No with black colour complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in replacement for M S louvers with nuts, bolts and washers suitable to exhaust fan 300 mm sweep of any make and model after taking down old existing unserviceable MS louvers complete all as directed.

All as per Ser item No 24 above but 450 mm sweep .

S&F hanging hook "S" type suitable for ceiling fan of any capacity.

S&F old unserviceable Ceiling fan regulator electronics type 2 module . Make - Anchor/ Havels.

M&L ceiling rose , 3 pin PVC /Polycarboante isolated body complete all as specified.

S&F round block sheet for fixing with ceiling fan. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
