Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) to the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour ,machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones shingles aggregates and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used / removed per the direction of engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation and disposal of servicable and unservicable material shall be the absolute rtesponsibilty of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects R/Wall and B/wall.

P/l cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone agg 40 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in plinth and foundation

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming consolidatingand dreesing complete including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing form work with steel plates (3.15mm) three point fifteen milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.(Four metre) and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.

(d). Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels. i. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

(c). Column, pillars, posts and struts. (i). Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

(b).Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. ( i). Floors etc., upto 200mm( Two hundred milimetre) in thickness.

( e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: under 20 cm (Twenty centimetre) wide.

(f). Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing

Providing and laying M-20 grade of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement content 300Kg./Cum. with crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of rorm work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charges. Foundation footing, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete.. within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charges
